Went in and picked up my sandwich no one around luckily the only sandwich on the rack was mine otherwise could’ve easily been taken by someone else. Then after getting back to my hotel I open to find that someone doesn’t know how to read as I asked for black pepper and instead I got a bunch of black olives which I can’t stand – but funny thing is that I have green peppers on my sandwich but they didn’t mistake those for green olives. Called and of-course the man says sorry about that then I said ok, he then says if you come back with your sandwich I’ll make you another. You people have the receipt you can see you messed up why do I have to drive back and get another sandwich when you could easily offer me one on my next visit like any good business would do if they see it’s their fault. As you can see from my reviews I’m not someone that gives 1 stars but this is worth it. This is the Subway I have frequented many times before but I never go to this Subway again. Horrible customer service. You should really have someone out to greet your customers. Even if they are only coming in to grab a to-go order which you don’t even know if I was doing that when I came in. Read the order people it’s not that hard. Based on the fact that you don’t respond to your customers reviews on here shows you lack of concern and you don’t value your customers that can easily find somewhere else to spend their money.

Would highly recommend to not even going here. They cheap you out on everything. Sandwiches used to be fire… Like heavy. Now they put like nothing on them. I paid $30 for two sandwiches with nothing on them. This place has become a joke. Subs don’t taste the same. Ingredients taste not fresh. No meat on it whatsoever.

I think his name was Jack was working and he was amazing. My son wanted to order our food for us and he was patient with him. Very polite with speaking to us. My son wanted just a cheese pizza and Jack made sure he got what he wanted. Made sure to cut it the way My son who is autistic wanted it.

They messed up my sandwiches and I call in to say something. I had to explain myself multiple times. There was pieces of egg in my sandwich that shouldn’t have been there and didn’t put the sauce on my other sandwich. Was told a manager would reach out who didn’t until I called the store a second time. Manager finally calls me and flat out calls me a liar. What kind of place are you running here? No customer support.

This Subway used to be the spot, thanks to Raven and the old crew. Under the new ownership, the standards have hit rock bottom. The new staff acts like washing hands is optional—seriously, I watched someone go from handling money to my sandwich without so much as a rinse. The sandwiches are now sloppy and get hardly any veggies, even when you ask for extra! The old staff were friendly, professional, and knew how to stack a sandwich without making it look like it had been dropped on the floor. Bring back the old staff, and maybe I’ll bring back my business.

I’ve been a regular at this Subway location for years, but since the ownership changed, the quality has noticeably declined. The ingredients don’t seem as fresh, and the service has become slower and less friendly. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth the visit anymore. I recommend checking out other Subway locations nearby for a better experience.

ONE scoop of tuna for a footlong, an extra charge for another scoop. Haven’t been to a Subway in years, so didn’t question it last week. Went to a different Subway location today, ordered a footlong tuna, and worker put in more than one scoop of tuna.

I walked in today on a phone call knowing I had to order my sandwich so I paused my phone call, but still had my phone up to my ear. They weren’t going to serve me and give me a snotty look. I started my order because most times when I am there, They don’t say hello they just look at me and go. What would you like? The lady said I will wait till you’re off the phone and I said that’s OK all happy an go luck and I told my person that I was on the phone with that I was ordering my food. I ordered my food. The lady did not have to wait for me Whatsoever, she continuously gave me a snotty look through my whole order not knowing if I was getting the order from the person on the phone or if it was my order and then at the end of the order Paid I left a 10% tip because I work in a food industry job and know how important that is and then she proceeded to say we don’t usually serve people on phones in a snotty way. I am a frequent customer at the subway and I will not be back because of this. Treat people with respect you do not know what is going on in their life and if they are on the phone, it might be for something important or someone’s order .

If you want any amount of meat on your sub, don’t go to this location. This used to be our usual Monday spot but since we have noticed a change in employees, they give you enough meat for a 2 inch sub on a 6 inch!
