Really good CS knowledgeable and courteous funny quick and helpful Mango drink was substituted due to our of stock on strawberry DELICIOUS was the word my daughter used always a fav for me the donuts were stale however little sad for 7am but since they are not a regular treat for me just more reasons to avoid them… Frankly I would go there simply for the amazing employees they are still making me smile 2 days later

I visit this Dunks every morning and a couple of afternoons every week. My 6:30am hot coffee is great 98% of the time. However my afternoon coffee has been terrible over the past couple of months. Also, the other day I overheard them whisper “shit we are out of coffee I think”. I waited a minute or so and they handed me out my medium hot coffee so I assumed they had coffee. I got to work and took a sip and it was the grossest lukewarm cup of coffee that must have been sitting there forever. I get that not every cup is going to be perfect but to purposefully give a customer an item that you know is bad is karma worthy. Lack of integrity is worst than bad customer service. I’ve changed my afternoon coffee run to another Dunks.

Will never go to Dunkin near the Lewiston mall again for my pink velvet frozen coffee I took one sip and had to throw it out it was disgusting either way too much pink velvet or they didn’t make it right when my husband went to throw it out after I just bought it the whole bottom was covered in the syrup the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had

I’m not one to write reviews but enough is enough. Almost every time I go to this DD they mess up my order, there’s a long wait and customer service is definitely lacking. Today was no exception. When I placed my order the employee taking my order acted like it was an imposition to take it, I had to repeat my order 3 times for him to understand I wanted cream NOT whipped cream in my iced coffee and they were out of large iced coffee cups. As they lack in their due diligence to maintain the inventory needed, I had to adjust my order. The car in front of me had to have their drinks redone due to being completely wrong so even though I was 3rd in line I was in line 15-20 minutes minimum. I got my drink and headed home only to find that yes, they messed up my order again so I had to fix it at home. I also found the coffee very bitter and had to add sweetener to off set it. I only treat myself to DD periodically as it’s very expensive on a daily basis. I will no longer spend any money at this DD. I gave them multiple chances, giving the benefit of doubt considering everything that is and has been going on in our world. They have proven it’s not the circumstances but the people/owner that just don’t care. I definitely recommend avoiding this location.

I just went here and there is a little girl who doesn’t know math and how to take things when she is wrong.
She honestly acting like she was going through withdrawal.
She got mad because I gave her $9.03 for an order that cost $8.28 and at first she says you still owe me a dollar. I said no Then realized she was wrong. And started yelling at me. Then hands me $0.25 and when I told her it should be $0.75. She states like I don’t know math. Lol she clearly doesn’t
