I will stress this as much as I can, Grey Whale is best for the Poke bowls, this is where they excel at and the Service is incredible and the Atmosphere is amazing, and very welcoming.

Now the issues I have, the Ramen noodles are lacking, the color is right, it looks like a rich broth but the flavor is lacking majorly, I’ve had more flavourful packed Ramen than the Tonkotsu Ramen I had today. Which Tonkotsu should be the most flavorful bowl of Ramen on the menu but it’s not.

When I ordered the food it got brought to my table and she was very polite but it took less than 5 minutes to get the Ramen, you would think that’s good but it’s not, and even though I sat near the speakers I heard the distinct sound of a microwave in their kitchen.

Another issue is the quantity of the topping and noodles, the egg is optional which is okay but I personally think that stupid, good Ramen should come with a egg, and they gave me 1 half of a egg, where hell is my other half, the meat in the bowl is lacking in flavor aswell, and even though it looks to be prepared correctly the pork just isn’t hitting, it tastes as if they washed it after cooking it, the flavor isn’t there it’s even slightly chewy, the bamboo shoots were a nice touch if they didn’t taste off, the bean sprouts were nice but there was barely any in the bowl.

The egg was the most flavourful item of this whole bowl of Ramen, and the egg was mostly hard boiled, I personally hate hard boiled eggs.

My final comment in the bowl of ramen is theres a weird after taste from the broth that I can only compare to the flavor of dish water, and as a child who couldn’t stop talking when I probably should have, I know the taste of dirty dish water sponges, God it’s bad.

I ate my fill and drank as much of the broth to not be disrespectful and not waste food, afterwards I ordered the Banana Tempura and honestly for 5.95 I expected a entire fried banana but it was slices that they fried and poured a chocolate sauce, the flavor isn’t bad, especially if you like fried bananas, but the consistency is off, some are soggy while kthers crispy, I would have preferred them all to be crispy.

Overall mates, just ordered the Poke bowls, thats their best items on the menu, it’s what they exell at.

Thank you for a great lunch! I stopped by on a rainy lunch break and had the regular poke bowl. “Made my own” and all ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Ahí tuna and salmon were great. All the toppings were crisp from the cucumbers, avocado, cilantro, and sweet corn. Will be back!

I absolutely love this place. Everything is always so fresh and delicious. I usually get the build your own poke bowl, I enjoyed the chicken with spicy crab. Multiple family members and friends have gotten their appetizers before and really enjoyed them every time. Service stuff is just absolutely wonderful, I came in very late on a Friday 20 minutes before close when they had almost everything cleaned up and they still served me and we’re very happy to do so. I had never tried poke bowls before this year and now I’ve been there four times already. I just absolutely love this place.

I was the cashier during that order. The customer ordered two teriyaki chicken bowls, and I confirmed the order again by asking which rice he preferred. He said he wanted white rice for both. I made the bowls exactly according to what he told me. After I handed him the completed order, he then said he actually wanted ramen instead. I wasn’t able to change the items after they were fully made, so I immediately contacted my manager to assist. I followed our normal procedure and handled the order based on the information the customer gave me.

I’ve worked this job part-time for three years, and this is the first time I’ve ever received a complaint about my service. When the customers walked in, I greeted them, but they did not respond. They didn’t tell me that was their first time or request any help choosing items. The customer never told me he wanted ramen at any point during the order, and only after everything was finished did he say he had ordered the wrong thing because it was his first time here. He also told my manager that if we didn’t fix the order or refund it, he would leave bad reviews. That’s the reason why my manager asked him to leave.

The only good thing about this place is the prompt service and friendly staff.
Been coming here since they opened and since then they ha e removed the soy sauce and ginger kept on the tables.
I always get the Tonkotsu Ramen with an egg and the only good thing was the egg! There was absolutely no flavor in the ramen or the pork belly! The noodles themselves were dough and honestly cold even in the hot broth!
Sad to say this might be my last time coming to this location

I get Poke bowl couple times a month and it’s usually correct but not today. I got poke bowl & it was completely wrong . someone didn’t take their time to read the order/ label. It literally had 3-4 pieces of lettuce and lots of onions , when I didn’t even asked for them , dislike them very much . I didn’t get or , but instead I got lots of and not very much rice either, and sauce was in the bowl when I asked for it on the side.
Whoever made my bowl today ( 5/31) , Please train them better . There are people allergic to some stuff or dislike some things.

Extremely generous portions of everything in my build-your-own poke bowl. I got the brown rice, a scoop of grilled chicken, and a scoop of beef bulgogi. So delicious! The person who made my order drenched the rice in sauce, and covered the bowl with a heaping portion of crispy flakes. I devoured my meal! I’ve also enjoyed the ramen that I’ve had here in the past.
