I went to this IHOP for brunch and it was honestly disgusting. The entire place was trashed, and I can’t believe they seated us at a dirty table. Unfortunately, I didn’t fully notice how bad it was until after my food arrived. The tables, floors, and overall dining area looked unsanitary. Hire a cleaner, seriously.
What really bothered me was that the utensils and cups were dirty. We had to ask for plastic utensils, and even then we waited about 10 minutes for them while our food was already sitting there. We also had to ask twice for ranch, which took a long time to come out. The coffee was terrible, easily some of the worst coffee I’ve had.
The food itself wasn’t even that good, and if I hadn’t been so hungry, I would have walked out and not spent my money here at all.
Our server was polite, but the service was slow and disorganized. The same employee also had visible mucus, which was extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable in a food service environment. Employees need to be more professional and properly groomed.
Overall, this experience was very unpleasant, and I will never be coming back to this location again.

Worst service ever. I have managed restaurants and for a long time and never heard of a restaurant say we have no manager, 055, or RP on site. I received attitude and cold food. I felt ignored and when I asked for a different drink because mine tasted funny I was told to stir the drink first which I had already done. I will not eat here and will tell all that I know of my experience. I hope the rest of the staff is better. I even called 2 hours later to talk to a manager and that same server said they have no manager on site. Hmm how do your restock your drawer, make change, follow protocol, and much more? Sounds like the staff runs the place and are pretty much running it into the ground. Then to top it off they close at 3pm?!!!!

I love eating here but today was a really bad day. Hector our server had an attitude and we had to ask 2 or 3 times for different things that we needed like refills and creamers. He seemed ticked off with us.
It took about 30 minutes to get our food even though it wasn’t packed. They messed up our orders we got a crepe instead of French toast and no tomatoes in my salad. When Hector brought out the tomato for my salad it was sliced instead of diced. There is also no men’s restroom, instead an all gender and women’s restroom. I hope next time the service is better.

Clean restaurant with nice music. I liked the service. The waiter was really friendly. The food is really good. You can taste the freshness. The steak is not soft. It’s a little bit hard to eat. But I recommend this restaurant very clean and cheap to eat breakfast.

Service was slow, a full hour wait for food. After receiving the food one of our friends got a perfectly mid rare chicken sandwich, thankfully the servers dealt with it nicely and gave us a refund and a free sandwich. But it took a good 10 minutes to get anything even water or utensils.
