I ordered a party platter for a luncheon. The staff did an amazing job. The bread as well as the vegetables were fresh. The manager Latoya and the crew (males) that worked that day were friendly and very attentive. The store was spotless. I was hesitant about ordering a platter from this restaurant due to the bad customer service a few months ago. I only decided to give this store another try because I was told that Latoya the old manager was back at the store. I plan on visiting the store more often.

Food was good but I got 4 slices of meat on a $6 sandwich… and in order to get more you have to pay more. When you do that you only get maybe one or two more pieces. Food was good tho and quick. They honor the deals offered via text too. Cookies are always good.

Had no bread available, lettuce was wilted and not fresh, cash only no credit or debit could used, would not accept coupons. While we were there they turned away dozen plus customers for the above reasons.

The employees lock the doors an hour earlier than the time posted. I get off work at 8, the store closes at 9 mon- fri. I usually make it to the store around 8:10-8:20. Lately the doors are locked and the employees look at you then look away, completely unbothered by the rumble in my stomach. It’s It’s upsetting. This is the one store I liked coming to get my subs.

Usually this is my favorite subway but the girl and guy that was working seemed more interested in talking to each other. They couldn’t be bothered by spreading the tuna out which caused the sandwich bread to break and the stuff to fall out and didn’t bother with fixing it so now I’m going to have to hear my family gripping about. I should have just walked out when I had to repeat my order 3 times and they never said thanks or even smiled I guess I’ll have to find another subway or just go to lenny’s

I don’t visit the subway a whole lot. The sandwich maker was extremely comical truly didn’t want to give me nothing but 5 spinach leaves 3 pickles 2 green peppers 6 black olives 1 banana pepper. Like if you all don’t have enough product to at least give us a sandwich close down. It was a veggie sub he must wanted me to eat bread only. Other than that not really a whole lot to say.
