4th time in a row they’ve messed up our to go orders. Getting sick of it for how expensive it is and then they have the nerve to ask for a tip when they can’t fill a simple order when their dining room is empty and employees are standing around. Got the new stacker thing that’s on an Asiago bagel and it looks pitiful. For reference their advertised picture is in the review. There are like 10 pieces of shredded cheese on the bagel and then well, you can see the sandwich. Advertisements verses reality should be criminal like in Japan. Forgot all of our rolls for the order and we have 5 soups. No chips that ordered with the sandwiches. Ignored the order that said no pumpkin seeds on the soup. These things seem somewhat small I know, but we really need to keep higher standards. I really just want to give up on them at this point. Oh and we placed the order for a certain time for pickup and they were 25 min behind. Go to Potbelly or anywhere else. Kroger has better sandwiches these days.

The food and drinks are normally good, but I opened my sandwich before eating it and noticed they had shoved in Italian deli meat in the top of it. In a vegetarian sandwich. Imagine doing this with cheese or shellfish to someone who has an allergy? I’m really disappointed in the quality of one of my first food orders from here in over a year.

I just looooove raw bagels, don’t you?

I don’t know what’s been going on with this Panera location, but the bagels have been so hit-or-miss, more often miss. I got 13 bagels and from what I’ve seen of them and from the one I ate, I’m nervous about all the others I just froze.

The cinnamon crunch bagel tasted like play-doh because it was raw. The asiago bagels have been pathetic. Tiny, weirdly domed, and hardly any cheese most of the time. The one I took a photo of was just insanely small.

Also, screw Panera for decreasing the size of cream cheese cups but keeping them at $2/cup. That’s wild.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Panera location. I ordered a Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack and when I went to take a bite, I found a long black hair inside my sandwich. It completely ruined my meal and honestly made me feel sick to my stomach.

Food safety should be the bare minimum at any restaurant, especially one that markets itself as fresh and high quality. What’s even more concerning is that the employees preparing food weren’t wearing hair nets or even tying their hair back. Basic hygiene standards clearly aren’t being followed, and this situation proves it

Tables were dirty. Once we received our order we both had a couple of crumbles of chicken on our sandwich. Paid $17 for pick two for a sandwich with pretty much bread and toppings. Do yourself a favor go next door to McCalisters.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to this Panera Bread location. During my visit, the atmosphere was very uncomfortable due to the behavior of several employees. One worker in particular—a blond employee in the kitchen appeared visibly angry and spoke to customers in a raised, irritated tone. What was more concerning is that this behavior did not seem isolated. Multiple employees seemed upset, were yelling across the workspace, and created an unwelcoming and stressful environment. As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Instead, the overall mood of the staff made it feel unpleasant to be there, and it reflected poorly on the brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve employee conduct and customer service going forward.

I came in on 12/14/25 around 5:20pm to get a bread bowl w/soup and was told by some young blonde girl with reindeer ears on that they don’t have any. Then my mom points to the ones on the bread rack and the girl states “they’re for tomorrow and we don’t have any for today.” Then she said “everyone’s been asking for them and we’ve been turning them away.” That’s the only thing we came for so we left. That’s trash service not to serve someone a bread bowl with soup and turn customers away. Your workers can make more bread bowls so there’s no excuse for this behavior from employees. Your losing money from lazy staff!

Avoid this location, bad customer service, and food safety concerns.

Waited for over 30 minutes for a rapid online pickup order, other customers Voice complain to the manager and nothing was done with any orders. Busy lunch rushes happen and wait times happen how ever the manager was not helpful for the team working or the customers.

My food was cold from the wait, and my sip club lemonade had an odd taste too it, according to the tag on the machine, it had expired the day before! GROSS!

Food is fine, service is fine but for the price you pay there is not a lot of value. The bathrooms are a bit disgusting. I like Panera Bread and the convenience but it could be a bit better.

If only I could leave zero stars but unfortunately thats not an option 🙁 terrible experience i’ve been eating at panera for over 20 years and never had issues like i had at this place. The workers were very rude especially the blond lady with heavy makeup that was cooking was extremely rude. she gave me a completely wrong order and when I went back she gave me attitude and was super disrespectful like it was my fault. The bagels were cold and when I asked the blond lady for honey walnut cream cheese she brought me a plain one, so i kindly asked her to bring me the one i had originally ordered she brought it and threw it at me. Im very disappointed in this location never going back to those monsters.
