Hardly ever give a review unless it’s a bad experience. I’ve Been coming here for over a couple years. I always give a local business the benefit of a doubt. Understand people get busy and might change my next experience. But this place lacks a positive attitude. Everytime I’ve been in here it’s a don’t care if you a customer or not. Guess you gotta be a local chicken farmer that comes in 3 times a day to get even the slightest smile. Just not a professional customer service atmosphere here. Good food but definitely need to work on the front end skills

Just a small town meat and three buffet with sandwiches on the menu . The people here are awesome , friendly and inviting . The food is hot and fresh and very tasty.
I had a side of macaroni and cheese off the buffet and the portion size was huge and it was delicious .
I also had chili dogs and fries … the buns were toasted , the chili tasty , the fries hot .
My wife had a scoop of chicken salad on a bed of lettuce and tomato , and she said it was really good .
Not only was the food fantastic and the people friendly , but the price was very reasonable as well .

Edit : Had breakfast here for the first time. Had the hot link , egg & cheese biscuit and grits . Grits were terrific , thick and creamy with butter on the side . The biscuit was just right , the sausage link tasty , perfectly cooked eggs and real cheddar cheese .

Very clean. Hash browns are probably the worst hash browns I’ve ever had in my life, ever. Don’t order the tenderloin, it’s just hamburger. And why is it white? Great over easy eggs, home fries were decent. Coffee, meh.

Nice and cozy but adequate room for hungry people. Buffet is offered with a meat and two sides type choice. Menu orders as well. I had the Chefs Salad yesterday with a side of Mac and cheese. WOW! Delicious. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, tons of ham, cheese, bacon, and nice ranch dressing. The Mac & cheese was to the moon. Friendly service and great food.

Carters Kitchen is a nice little restaurant located just outside of Lavonia, Ga. The wait staff is very friendly and courteous. They have a great selection of breakfast items and also a lunch buffet that includes dessert. The buffet is served by the wait staff and not s self-serve, which I strongly prefer. The food has always been great! Be forewarned this is not a fast food joint but a great food joint.

This is a sweet little mom and pop place with excellent food serving breakfast and lunch. Breakfast finishes up at 9:30 and lunch starts at 11:00 I believe. Fair prices in a good amount of food. I hadn’t been there for a while so I thought I’d stop and get a bacon biscuit. Boy was I surprised! It was exactly as I remembered.

Always good food and service, place is clean and usually fairly busy but service is always within a reasonable amount of time, portions are good size as well. They do have a drive through window as well as indoor seating so it’s convenient and prices are good. I definitely recommend this place.
