Wow! What a pleasant and super yummy surprise. So these are authentic Neapolitan pizzas. Very very similar to the ones I had in Naples and the best ones that I had in Brooklyn. Toppings are generous, super fresh, and you could see from the photos that the pizza oven is on a nice high temp and you can note the slight charring on the crust. It results in a super flavorful dough and pizza. We got the mushroom and cheese pizza and then a traditional four cheese pizza. The four cheese was amazingly rich. And the mushroom pizza was very tasty!
We will definitely be back. And I highly recommend this place. Prices are super Fair the restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you come here and enjoy it please spread the word. I’d like to come here for a long time 🙂

The place is spacious and clean. The menu is simple and streamlined. The service was fast and courteous. The mushroom & ricotta pizza was delicious! All of the ingredients tasted fresh and of high quality. The ricotta was so creamy, it melted in my mouth. The best neapolitan pizza I’ve had in Gainesville by far.

Really really good! Ingredients were great, light not heavy, no forced flavors. Bread was tender and crisp, better than Blaze. I had the Margherita. So good! Only thing I noticed was the mozzarella was a little chewy, but that’s being picky on my part. That pie was so good. Ill go here instead of Blaze for sure.
The customer service was great. Our cashier/waitress was super attentive and friendly. She offered us water and took care of us the whole time.
The owner/chef came out and checked on us. Great experience. Good job guys!

This is the pizza place I’ve been searching for here in Gainesville! This is the closest thing I’ve been able to find to the pizza dough/crust I’ve eaten in Rome and other regions of Italy. Delicious food, good prices, fast service, friendly staff. Really worth a try. I’m adding this to my list of places to bring out-of-towners.

Was recently in town while traveling and stopped in for dinner. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful in suggesting some pizzas. We ordered 2 margarita pizzas and they were absolutely delicious! They were cooked perfectly and the sauce and toppings were so flavorful and fresh. They were so good we ordered a pepperoni pizza to go and snacked on it later that night. Even reheated the pizza was amazing.

Have been twice now and in my opinion this is the very best pizza in Gainesville. You can tell they take an enormous amount of pride in their pizza, made with the freshest ingredients only. The sauce on the Margherita pizza is among the best I have had anywhere! No greasy cheeses or meats, very, very high quality.
The owners and team are amazing; super friendly and mindful of what they serve you. Today my fiancé and I were there, and they scrapped a pizza and made her another because THEY were not happy with the way the crust turned out. We would never have known had they not apologized for the additional wait for a pie that met their standard!
I would also add that unlike the last time we visited they absolutely do have fountain drinks available , including Coke Zero.
If you love great pizza, stop reading this now, and head over to Bowies. You wont be disappointed!

The Dough: Their 48-hour proofed dough meets a high-temp oven to create a “buttery marshmallow” soft interior with a perfectly crisp outer crust.
The Star Ingredient: You have to try the Bianca pizza with imported Brazilian Catupiry cheese. It is a total game-changer.
The Verdict: Easily some of the best pizza outside of NYC and a heavy hitter for the best in Gainesville.

The crust and the mozzarella they use are great. I really dislike chewy mozzarella that’s like chewing gum and theirs was possibly the best I’ve ever had on a pizza. Crust was fluffy and soft! Pizza sauce and toppings lacked flavor. I asked if they sold their dough because I would only come back to purchase their dough to make my own pizza at home. They unfortunately do not. They need to add some roasted garlic and seasoning to their sauce and vegetable toppings. Unfortunately I will not be back due to the lack of flavor. Great prices and very friendly, helpful staff! I hope they improve the flavors in their pizza because I would love to have a good priced pizza place locally!

We wanted to try a new pizza place. I got the gorgonzola and pear pizza and my husband got the pepperoni pizza. It reminded me of the pizza I got in Parma Italy. The pizza is 11 inches so it can be shared with someone else or a personal pizza. The crust was really good it had crispy and airy texture. The staff were friendly and attentive. You order from a kiosk. I’d come back to try other types of pizza. If in the area give them a try.
