I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was incredibly poor. I stood at the cash register, ready to place my order, but the staff member behind the counter ignored me completely while sitting down. It was only after the sushi chef prompted her to get up that she finally acknowledged me.
I ordered the Steelers bowl and specifically requested it to be spicy with jalapeños but without spicy mayo. Initially, the staff member seemed confused, but eventually, she understood my order. However, when I checked to see if jalapeños were included, she dismissed my question, claiming I had asked for no spice at all. I tried to clarify, but before I could finish explaining, she snatched the bowl from me, muttering something in her language under her breath, and handed it back with a noticeable attitude.
Additionally, asking for chopsticks for my sushi was met with a look of disgust from her, and she pointed at the chopsticks in a way that felt completely unnecessary. Overall, the rudeness and lack of professionalism were unacceptable, and I left feeling very unsatisfied with my experience.

Simply amazing sushi rolls. I had the Rainbow Roll and was hesitant at first because of the price. The roll was massive. Far bigger than restaurant rolls for about the same price. The avocado only roll was equally as large. We will certainly be coming back often as the taste and quality was what you would find in restaurants. (The pic of the avocado roll showed after eating half the roll)

I got a Salmon Avocado roll. My Husband got Tonkotsu Ramen.
The Ramen was thoughtfully packaged, the noodles and toppings are separated from the soup all in the same bowl!
Very convenient for to go.
Very authentic flavor, it was nostalgic and cured our craving.
We also got the Takoyaki! It was very tasty and creamy. We’ll be back for sure!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the first and last time ever eating here. On Valentines Day I got violently sick after having a California roll glad I only had 1. I would Not recommended this place. Saw a guy prepping food and cleaning his gloves off with dirty rag into the garbage can. That should’ve been my first clue not to eat here, but I thought maybe he changes his gloves often. I didn’t want to be that person that judged them based on that, but they’re out in the open so I guess that should’ve been my clue not to eat here. I seen all the great reviews and thought it was a 1 off.

They accommodate my partner’s allergy every time we go and we’ve never had any problem with the food, it’s always delicious!
They always get the miku bowl, and I just get any of the other bowls. All of them are amazing, and they never skimp out and give a decent portion of everything even with removed seaweed. They’re always super quick with the food, too, which is great, and they frequently have samples out front of the sauce and rice.
I highly recommend this place to eat if you are in South Hills mall. It is in the food court, so there are plenty of seats right nearby.
