10/10!! I will never order from another pizza place ever again after eating the pizza from here. It’s DELICIOUS, affordable, quick, super fresh, and ALWAYS hot upon arrival. The staff is amazing, Carlos was my delivery driver today and he went above and beyond for me. I definitely recommend you try this place if you’re looking for a good pizza place it has a little bit of everything, fresh pizzas, fresh crispy salads, cheesy bread to die for (try the pepperoni bread) wings, subs, and the most delicious desserts. But more importantly than the food being on point and delicious, I always have such a good experience. ❤️

I ordered from here off of Doordash last night and just had to come and give my review. It was my first time ever ordering from a Marco’s, and as we all know change can be scary lol, I also ordered very close to closing time which had me nervous that it’s be “half assed” in some way, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised with everything that got delivered. Got a build your own pizza, calzone, and dessert brownie (also a 10pc cheesestick which I haven’t eaten yet but looked and smelled delicious).
TLDR: everything about it exceeded my expectations, and I’m just grateful they took care of my order with the care I had hoped for,despjte it being so late and on a Sunday. Definitely my go to pizza place going forward. Oh and BTW the prices are super reasonable too, which is hard to find these days when it comes to pizza!

Located in the Northridge Shopping Center, this Marco’s was small with adequate table seating inside. Upon entering, I was greeted by a male employee. I informed him I was picking up an order and was given my hot box of pizza within seconds.
The pizza was made exactly how I ordered it…thick soft crust with white sauce, cheese, grilled chicken, and mushrooms. It was really good and full of flavor. I managed to eat two slices. It’s just something about the dough that makes you feel full quickly.

I like this Marcos – and order on BOGO Tuesdays every 3/4 weeks. For the second time I have ordered I received a salad that had turned – brown and wilted. This time I returned to the store the next morning and requested a refund. The employee was nice and texted her manager. She stated she did not have the register authorization to process the refund. No worries – she took a photo of my order conformation and my phone number with a promise the manager would process as soon as she came in later that day (Wednesday). Fast forward a week later the $10 credit has not posted to my credit card. I return to the store and ask for a manager and I get 2. I explain in detail and was told they can’t issue a return since I didn’t t come in the same day or the next day. I reiterate that YES I did and the reply is the millennial shrug. I was offered only ONE option of 50% off my next order.
It’s not the 10$ credit but the fact that I had been served a spoiled salad, had to return the next day that again a week later for a refund. It should not have been this difficult and i’m not sure I will ever return to use that 50% off coupon. Oh and BTW Pizza Hut has a BOGO offer today as well.
UPDATE – I appreciate the follow up from the owner of this Marcos. She listened to my experience, and followed up. Thanks for resolving my issue.

Let me say, I have eaten at Marco’s in other States… it was decent. I live 2.8 miles from this location, they can’t deliver… out of their area! So… I used Grubhub for the first time so I could try it.
It took an hour, and when they delivered it, I did not get one of the three items I ordered. I texted the Grubhub driver numerous times before he replied that I needed to call the Store.
Here we go… I told the individual I had not received part of my order, he proceeds to ask how far away I am, and he would remake it and I could come pick it up! I said there was no way that is happening… I already paid for delivery. After 5-10 minutes of getting no where, as he was the ‘Manager’ I needed to contact Grubhub for a refund. He has no way to do that! Again, seems like a poor system if that is really the case. So after an hour and a half, and cold 2/3 of my food. I decided I will never use this place ever again! Absolutely, zero customer service… I would rather spend my money anywhere else. Choose wisely… it’s definitely a risk here!

Everything about this facility is a 10 out of 10 I enjoy the employees here and the customer service especially Jesus, Jose, And the delivery driver with the black air forces. The store was open, yet they refused to make the food I paid for. This isn’t just poor service—it’s flat-out disrespect for customers.
If this is how Marco’s Pizza treats paying customers, they don’t deserve a single dollar of business. Do yourself a favor and order from literally anywhere else. At least other places have enough pride to honor orders placed before closing time.
