I know that I didn’t always have to cook Mexican Food at home. Except for the cheeseburger & fries for my child, food tasted pretty authentic. I ordered the flautas which came with sour cream and Mexican cheese not the one that melt, I love them. My friend had a torta asada which he didn’t complain about. Plus I have to say the service was excellent. Muchas gracias por su buen servicio, estuvo delicioso

Hungry for a quick dinner, my daughter told us Taqueria Taquitos was just the place. My husband had carnitas, my daughter had quesadilla, and my son and I each had an order of the Super French frys. See the photos.
To say the the portions were generous would be an understatement. My husband easily had one pound of carnitas meat on his plate; none of us could finish our meal because the portions were so large.
The food tastes amazing as well as having large portion size. We all loved what we had ordered, and we all plan on coming back to this wonderful restaurant. We stopped the waitress and exclaimed to her our delight in the meal.
Since this restaurant is at a mall, there are no specialized parking areas for handicapped persons. Having said that, handicapped people could still find a place to sit at this restaurant. The restaurant is as clean as any average restaurant. But, since I did not use their restroom, so I cannot report on that.
Come here if you want an absolutely delicious Mexican meal. You won’t be sorry.

I go here for Caldo de res, and imo they have the best fried breaded chicken around. Their Menudo broth is a little fattier than Mama Lupitas and Fish n Chips but comes with more than just tripe which I love, and its available regularly everyday. The lady at the register is always super nice and service is always quick. Prices are very fair for what you get.

Si sierran a las 9 yo llego al tiempo y me quedo hasta que hagan el orden correcto. La cagan cada vez que vengo! Como lo hacen de adrede if you asked for refried beans and they repeat your order they will more than likely give you whatever they feel like giving you. Salsa verde has been turned in they don’t even try, I’ll stay 10 after closing til they make my order right, especially if they’re sulking about it, if their hours state they close at 9 I’ll be there 5 minutes before closing you can tend your last customer when you make an order incorrectly, you can’t close whenever you want if they’re are hours of business stated otherwise some people are worse than me when it come to wait times. Horchata is sub par very warm and watery. Not at all like Taquitos on north main completely different!

Went back and had breakfast. Huevos Rancheros and it was soooo good. My mom had the posole and said it was delicious. My other half had the chili Verde plate and my son had a carnitas torta (meat only/he’s picky).

First time there was a great experience. It was highly recommended to me. We had a burrito and a 2-tacos meal. Both were excellent! Indeed, the carne asada burrito I rank as best I’ve had in Salinas. Plenty of meat, was not lacking in spices, and pretty hefty. The carnitas tacos were NOT the overrated “street taco” variety. Plenty of meat, two thicker than normal tortillas per taco, plenty of succulent taste. Highly recommend this place!

I ordered some burritos to go, they were ok, solid, I wouldn’t cheer about them. It would have been ok, but I realized that I got charged for super burritos when I ordered and got regular. I should have caught it, but there’s no way I’m going back. There are plenty of places with better burritos to choose.

I called my order ahead, and when I got there 20 minutes later, the guy behind the counter told me no one made my order, or no one wrote it down. I was already on a serious time crunch, and to have to wait another half hour for a burrito and a quesadilla was ridiculous. Needless to say, that was the first time and the last time that I tried to order ahead of time, or wait another half hour for the two simplest items on the menu.
