Yet again, this place is a gem needing to be unearthed! You will not be disappointed. This is for those who are any type of dietary preference, love smooth cheese sauce, deliciously mild uniform textured salsa, and fluffy flavorful rice! I call her “Abuela” unofficially because she really cares about your satisfaction when you get your order You want only black beans in your chimichanga? She will do it! I’ve never had a more perfect chimichanga. It’s absolutely affordable, the portions from the A le carte menu are enough for those who are hungry beyond compared, or for those who might take half home for leftovers. When you come to visit Gibson City, do not pass up this opportunity for a simple, yet delicious Mexican meal!

Walked in was told to sit down wherever by a cook so we found a spot sat down for 20 minutes without a waiter acknowledging us no drinks no menu nothing but they would take people’s orders that walked in after us so we got up and left. The food is great and that little older gal is a sweetheart and makes good salsa but that dude should’ve never said to sit where ever and should’ve let the waiters do there job so they know new people showed up. I had to eat Mc Ds.

I really like the salsa from this place. Never have to wait to be seated. Margaritas are huge and well mixed. Everything I’ve tried has been good and is reasonably priced and authentically made. Friendly staff – my favorite place in Gibson City.

I hate to give a bad review because we want more business and variety in small towns. It was hot, no ac? There were oscillating fans everywhere. I applaud their efforts, and i wish that had been the worst of it. I got the tamales which I usually love, however they were dry and crumbly and so overcooked that they were no longer that pale yellow color I’m used to seeing but an orangey brown color and darker on the bottom… it was disappointing. All that being said, the prices were reasonable
