The short young lady with the tattoos on her arm with the black hair has a very nasty attitude I don’t know if she’s dealing with something from home or a customer got to her before I did plus she made my whole order wrong You can barely see the labels so it’s me trying to be courteous to ask her was that coffee mine because the printer didn’t print the label on the sticker correctly she got smart with me when I was just trying to be considerate Make sure I didn’t take someone coffee or touching someone coffee that wasn’t mine I don’t like disrespectful people especially when I’m being the utmost respect to someone even when I can tell that they’re having a bad day. This type of attitude you should just be making orders You shouldn’t be dealing with customers.

I am submitting this message as a formal complaint regarding the conduct of one of your employees at your establishment. During multiple visits, I have been addressed with terms such as “honey,” “sweetie,” and similar pet names. I want to make it explicitly clear that I find these remarks unwelcome, unprofessional, and inappropriate in a customer-service setting.
Despite my discomfort, the employee continues to use these terms, and it appears she does not address female customers in this manner. This creates a situation that feels discriminatory and uncomfortable, and I should not have to avoid this location or change my routine due to an employee’s inability to maintain professional boundaries with patrons.
I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly. I expect employees to follow appropriate standards of professionalism and to refrain from using personal or diminutive terms when interacting with customers. If this issue continues, I will have no choice but to consult legal counsel to ensure that my concerns are taken seriously.

Coffees were hot, not burnt, and made right. Area was very clean. Cashiers was pleasant and double checked order. Bathrooms were clean.

Placed an online order through the Dunkin App for 2 pounds of ground coffee. This store does not carry ground coffee. The cashier told me to call the number on the app. The customer service rep told someone from the store would call me to resolve the issue. It’s been over week I’ve called the app number, emailed and used virtual assistant and no one has called me back or contacted me. I went back to stairs and the cashier told me to call the number on the receipt and it just rings no answering machine. I am owed $17.98 for 2 pounds of coffee. You would think that they could just put the money back on my card!!! What the heck is going on with this place. This is a billion dollar company. I just want what I ordered or my money back!!!!

The workers (including the manager) vape, cuss, and yell infront of customers. They all sit on their phones and ignored me and other customers. The burger king worker from across the building went behind the counter and to get his own donuts infront of me and the other customers. Disgusting behavior. There were flies everywhere and I dont plan on buying from here again. The blonde cashier in the morning was great, and the only nice person there.

I been to a lot of DD and not a single one is as consistent as this one. The staff makes my coffee perfect every time and foods hot every time. The staff overall amazing and I appreciate the amount of effort they put in to make the mornings of so many people including my self. So come visit these beautiful women!!!

I noticed several flies in the donut case. I told the employee she shrugged her shoulders. I looked at her and she looked at me and said what would you like. Not donuts apparently. I get it she doesn’t have control of flies or the open cases but her employer sure does. It’s gross that they just kept the donuts in the case to sell to the next unsuspecting customer. Instead of sprinkles I guess they offer fly regurgitation. No extra charge . I didn’t get anything but my husband got a coffee and he said it was good.

Don’t waste your time with mobile orders, they are really nice here but I’ve tried changing my daily order at least 5 times and every single day whatever I’ve ordered is sold out. I’ve never seen a dunkin so under stocked before, this is a problem every day that defeats the purpose of using the convenience of mobile ordering. The will offer substitutions but who has time to list out several items just to hear “we’re out of that too.”
