This was my first time here to eat. Food was great. Although the tables were a bit messy, I’ll contribute that to they just had the lunch rush and haven’t had a chance to clean them. I got the burrito bowl with chicken, black beans, white rice, lettuce and sour cream. It was very good. The atmosphere is nice. The price was cheaper than I had thought it would be at $13.63 for the bowl and a small soda.

I eat and enjoy chipotle all the time. Unfortunately a bad experience at this location. Had a pickup order and was missing a side (they ran out) and they didn’t want to refund or substitute something else. They finally refunded me cash after I insisted on refund. Was missing a cup, and they made a bowl instead of a burrito. The food was cold, and steak was overcooked. The place was a mess. Bathrooms dirty, trash overflowing. Looks like bad management over here. Do better.

Placed an online order for pick up. Got home part of the order was missing. Called the restaurant. Talked to a bot that kept circling around. Never got any answer or help. Got online to try in resolve the problem. Talk to again an AI bot. It said it was adding the missing item to my wallet. Also pointed out that I have a month before it expires. Really angry at this customer service!

I love chipotle, but this location is a no go. They had nothing available and what they did have available was old and gross. The workers all had headphones in and acted like I was inconveniencing them when I was there at 8. The rice was balled up and chicken was dry. Which they only gave me 6 measly pieces in my giant bowl. Smothered in runny warm sour cream that dripped all on the side of my bowl. I have never in my life thrown away food like this, but it was inedible. I threw away the whole bowl. Every table was covered in food with used napkins all over the place. Just based off of how it looked i should have known not to order. Avoid this location at all costs!!

Look: I love chipotle, but this location is trash. It’s always a mess, the drink station is almost always dirty. The older female, I’d love to know her name, but you know: no name tag. Is AWFUL. I’ve gone here multiple times as it’s the only location with in 2 hr from my new house and we keep thinking this time will be better. This women who works dinner usually :every single time I see her she is rude, and aggressive. She’s added incorrect items when said NO, Shes adds it anyway, maybe out of habit. Then throws a fit throwing things when asked to start over. Maybe she should have better comprehension when working the line. Their portions are greatly smaller than any other location and the bins are usually dirty or half the items unavailable even mid day.

Unfortunately, we went again tonight. I’m sad at what’s happened to the quesadilla. I’ve attached pictures of the second half, which was identical to the first. Why use a 10 or 12 inch (or whatever size) tortilla if you’re not filling it? 0/10 worth $12. Absolutely not. I see why they REQUIRE you to order online. They can’t possibly look you in the eye and charge you that much for this size and quality.
When we arrived there was a rush so we waited in line behind 12 customers. When we got to the line to order a quesadilla, we were told we could only order them online. That’s problem number one. Fix that or hang a sign in the front door. There’s no reason to have a customer wait in line only to be told to sit down and order on an app. Nevertheless, we did. Our entire process took over minutes, from walking in to getting our food.
During this time, the line we waited behind had left. They were not dine in. Yet, the decrease in customers and increased availability to complete other tasks, did not translate into a clean and comfortable experience. The (female) person making the quesadillas in the drive through was fast and friendly but the rest of the staff were not curtious, friendly, or welcoming.
The quesadilla was a 10/10. The chicken … everything. It was made perfectly. It was folded perfectly. It wasn’t spilling out.

Ordered a chicken kids meal online and received no chicken. You cannot contact the store because it has automated system. The order was never made right. Workers apparently need to go to school to read because it’s displayed on the sticker and on the screen when making food. Also there was very few cars there, so they were not in a rush.

This was our first and last time at this location. They were out of 2 different meat choices, veggies and chips! I asked for queso and they didn’t tell us they were out of chips until they dipped the queso. When I told the lady that I didn’t want the queso now since they don’t have chips she was rude and dumped the cheese back into the metal pan. The drink area was filthy. Tried to go ahead and eat but the rice and chicken in my bowl was cold. We couldn’t even throw our trash away due to the trash can overflowing. There was even trashed stacked on a table near the trash can. We ordered a burrito and a bowl, no chips and no veggies and it was $40!

Got in 45 minutes to close to do a to go order- that’s plenty of time. We get there, there’s no beans, no lettuce, no pico, no salsa and no brown rice. She even said that they had more but that she wouldn’t open up another pack of any of them. The lady then proceeded to be incredibly rude, completely unapologetic and charged us the full price. Terrible service and not even a burrito. Will never go back and we should be issued a refund. This is ridiculous.
