I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE . I’m a former manager from another pizza place . I gave this place three tries before reporting them . The third time was the last straw for me . They brung my food cold .im literally 4 minutes away from them . It does not make sense why a driver is passing me to go somewhere . Instead of taking a route so simple . My food I couldn’t even enjoy it or finish it because it was literally some cardboard at the bottom . I ask to speak to the gm . The guy or women , says they are the manger . You are the manager sending food like this out ? Oh no , imagine what they do behind close doors . This place is not safe for your health !!! Please go somewhere else if I can give it 0 Stars I would !! SAVE UR MONEY I SPENT $40 on nonsense

Junior and Faith went above and beyond to make my day! My food was made hot, fresh and quick and the customer service was top tier. Also need to mention how clean this restaurant was. I highly recommend people to try this Papa John’s out!

Very Disappointed – Ruined Birthday Party
Ordered 7 pizzas from Papa John’s for a birthday party, scheduled for 1:45 PM delivery. Not only did the order arrive late, but the driver showed up with only 4 pizzas and casually said they must have left the rest at the store and would return in 5 minutes. They never came back.
We called multiple times with no answer. After persistent attempts, we finally got through to a manager who offered to resend the full order – but said it would take another 40 minutes. By that time, the party was already over. Ten minutes later, we received a call from the driver saying he was “on the way” – far too late.
Worst part – no cheese pizzas for the kids, which were the main request. Adults had to share what little arrived. The whole experience was frustrating and extremely disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Call center messed and charged my card but then driver came and asked for money But the Manager Jr, with his driver Javonche did the greatest thing ever and resolved it. I ask that if your in this area their great people.

Door dash driver delivered to the wrong address. Called the store and the associate fixed the issue which is why service received 3 stars. However my new order looked like it was slung around in the driver’s trunk. Last time ordering from this location.

The staff was pleasant and more specifically Junior was very patient and helpful.
I had two special requests and Junior executed both requests phenomenally.
The quality of the food was good and I appreciate this location and Junior for being a great employee!

Went to go pick up the order and was told they couldn’t accept anything over 50$ cash which is completely understandable. But what made this review amazing was the lady working the show. She was awesome! Her customer service was over the top! Employees like that you should keep because I will now continue to come to this location due to her! Great job and keep up the good work!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered several hours ahead and scheduled the delivery. It was 40 minutes past when it was supposed to come. Called the store after it was 25 minutes late, was on hold for a long time, they said the driver left a long time ago. Then when I said “So our food has been sitting over half an hour and will be cold.” they insisted it wouldn’t be cold. It was luke warm when it finally came. I asked if they could do anything customer service-wise. He put me on hold a long time again. Finally told me if I called in my order next time, it would be 50% off if I said he said it would. I highly doubt that is the case. When it finally arrived, it was missing several items. (Several sauces and spice packets) I am just frustrated. I don’t recommend this location at all. If you do, maybe try pick up. Maybe that would work out better because you could check it there and they could give you what you were missing.
