We hadn’t been in over 3 years. It is scoop and serve much like a the ones in the mall. Not bad just not real good. Less choices than subway, I was surprised by this.
May not go back for another 3 years.
No issues with the location plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and the seting area ws clean.

It was my First time to this location, the establishment was pretty empty. The First thing I noticed was a dirty table and i went to the restroom before ordering my food and they were also very dirty.
The service was excellent, the girl was very professional and polite. The food was fresh and tasty. I like the outside seating and the location is in a good area. Other than the cleaning everything was pretty good. I will definitely come back, my niece love Chipotle. I like they’re barbacoa bowls with white rice and a bunch of veggies.

Updating my review. Chipotle really turned it around. The food has been really good. My favorite is the queso with chips. I always get a burrito bowl with chicken, they ain’t stingy either. It’s one of my favorite places to eat at now.

This place is a joke! Always out of everything. Salad didn’t even fill the bowl. Out of dressing. Out of lettuce. Out of guac. Too lazy to prep more. Small portions. I asked for just a bit more chicken and got the classic answer: we have to charge extra for that. Ha! I don’t recommend this place if you’re hungry. I’d understand if it was a busy Friday night before closing, but this was a Tuesday at 6:20pm for dinner. Out of everything = they don’t care about their guests. A lot of people say Chipotle is the best. I have rarely had a good experience at the Hollister location.

Mobile ordered my quesadilla today and got nothing but a burnt tortilla with parchment paper stuck to it. This place is in need of some serious help from corporate regionals. Just read all the bad reviews, this location is sold out of everything or they don’t have anything in stock. Chipotle, send help please, your a fortune 500 company. You were rated as a Fortune’s Most Admired Companies this year. I’m sure any other location your exceeding your expectations, but I feel that you have let this location down. As a local, I would like for this location to stride and become a place I could enjoy and admire as much as the fortune 500 claims you to be, but I am not seeing any improvement here. To the CEO, Brian Niccol, get your regional team out of the offices and off their executive office chairs and send someone to help them or at least pay them an unannounced visit to see what people are complaining about. Please get this place up and running the way it needs to be.

Ugh this place is going down hill fast!!! The orders keep getting smaller. I order extra rice and beans but get less . Being a vegetarian there are very little places to eat in town so for them to not have decent looking food is disappointing. The veggie always looks like they have been sitting too long and gross. The kicked was today, I ordered a veggie bowl, girl makes the bowl then tells me no avocado!! What I ordered a veggie bowl, why didn’t you tell me before ordering this!! Then she offered to put meat on the bowl!! I’m a vegetarian!! Nothing was done to compensate the fact that they didn’t information me of not having avocado but yet I had to pay for the avocado!!! Very disappointed!!!

My father and I stopped by to grab an early dinner on a tuesday after spending the day in hollister. We both love chipotle, but it’s honestly difficult to find consistency across locations. I have easily been disappointed by cleanliness of other stores, service, and portions. Firstly, the store was clean and well maintained and the young girl helping us out was very friendly. Portions were on point, the food was good, and it was just a good overall chipotle experience, so thank you to that worker for giving my dad and I something to write a review about!

I just bought several bowls with an addition of chips and queso. I ordered online and got less than half of the cup filled with queso sauce. The sauce is rather expensive anyway for the amount that you get, but I just received less than half in the cup!!!! This makes me sad!!!!!!!
