Tucked into a modest strip mall on Scottsdale Road, Croque Famous Sandwiches might not catch your eye at first glance, but trust me, it’s a hidden gem worth discovering. 
Atmosphere & Vibe
The interior is clean and straightforward, focusing on efficiency over elaborate decor. It’s the kind of place where the food does all the talking, and that’s perfectly fine by me.
What I Tried
I opted for the #10 Croque Special – Capicola, salami, pickle, tomato, feta cheese, lettuce, all nestled in a fresh baguette. The flavors were well-balanced, and the homemade garlic sauce added a delightful kick. I also sampled the dumplings, a hearty and surprisingly filling appetizer as well as the steak fries. French fry snobs need not apply, these steak fries are crispy and served with ketchup, nothing special but they get the job done. The cookies are also worth a second look!
Service & Experience
The staff was other-worldly friendly and efficient, ensuring orders were taken promptly and accurately. It’s evident they take pride in their offerings, and their recommendations were spot-on.
Pro Tips or Heads-Up
Portion sizes are generous, so come hungry or consider sharing. Also, their homemade sauces, especially the garlic and remoulade are must-tries, so don’t skip them.

First time trying croque and overall was happy with our meal.
I ordered the bulgoki sandwich with the steak fries. I tell you what these fries were perfect! Fat, crispy and fluffy inside. The sandwich had great flavor, especially with the homemade sauce but wheres the meat!? I did try a piece on its own and it was good but it left an empty spot on my sandwich.
The bipimbap was solid and the kimchi was a nice addition.
The curry fried rice was ok but a bit dry for my liking.
The service was great, super friendly and the owners asked us multiple times if we needed anything , we really appreciated that!
I do recommend this business but not sure if we will make it back before trying out some of the other places around town.

I’m not even 4 bites into this sandwich and needed to stop to make a review. I love supporting local business and saw this spot and decided to stop. It is not disappointing let me tell you! Their croque special is so good and flavorful. I could eat this sandwich daily! Service was great and I am for sure going to be a returning customer ◡̈

You will find a large selection of good food and excellent service from this mom and pop shop. We had the Madame, Pesto Chicken Club, and Spicy Pork sandwiches which were all very tasty. The hidden gem were the potstickers and the fries with garlic sauce! Can’t wait to return and try the Croque Ramen. Prices are a little high, but understandable as a small business. Props to this family-owned business that has survived a pandemic and 17 years

Loved the bimbim bop. Amazing super rice loaded with beans for added protein. The sauce was hot and the kimchi added the right taste to it. The curry rice was temperature hot and delicious too. The two fried potstickers and cookies were a nice surprise that toned the meal down at the end. Thank you!

I am a connoisseur of a good Italian hoagie and this was outstanding. The #10 Croque special, 6″ for $10, good deal. Doesn’t have ham like most Italian hoagies but was not missed. I did change cheese to provolone as that is more traditional on Italian and wasn’t sure how the feta cheese would taste. Chocolate chip cookie was very good
and soft as well!
The garlic sauce was amazing along with fresh ingredients and French bread roll.
