On Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at approximately 9:50 PM, I arrived at this Subway before the posted 10:00 PM closing time after a long workday and was ready to order. There were no lines—only one man who was already being handed his food and was leaving. I was the only customer who had just walked in.
The employee refused to serve me and stated she had “decided” the other customer would be the last one. She then claimed the food had already been put away, even though the food was visibly still out. This was not a situation where they were overwhelmed or actually closed—it was a selective and deliberate refusal of service.
If a store closes at 10:00 PM, customers who arrive before that time should be served while the doors are open and food is still available. Turning customers away early and giving false explanations is unprofessional and unacceptable.
If this location stops serving before 10:00 PM, the hours should be updated accordingly. Otherwise, employees need to follow the posted business hours.
Very disappointing experience. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would!

At 11:56am my online order will be ready at 12:15pm. I ask the short Latina and she says “If that’s what that app say…” There’s only me in the newly opened shop. Why won’t she make my sandwich now?

Really great place when you have a few bucks to go out to eat. I love getting they’re Artisan italian 12 inch subs, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is mid its got very small seating inside. Better if you just eat at home

I ordered a salad with ham a pepperoni. There was more pepperoni than ham which over powered the salad. But if I wanted just a pepperoni salad then that’s what I would have ordered. The soda was flat as 2 front tires. The service was HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Definitely finding a different location. The oven is never ready at 730 when they open. The lady never opens door on time always few minutes late every time I am sitting waiting. She does not put portions properly. Ex no Lett at ends. I asked her to add more and she just spreads it out. Like I don’t want to bite just into bread. Service gets a 2 maybe it’s better with a different server.

This Subway location is the best! Dino & Jeronimo are real sandwich artist! They make your sandwich with love and just the way you love it! I’ve worked subway back in California and I know how much work it can be! It’s crazy because there is a close subway to my house. Yet they are very rude and sloppy! I will drive the extra miles to get my fresh sandwich! If you want a Subway sandwich go here they do it right!!! Gracias Dino and Jeronimo buen Trabajo!!

Terrible service. There are 2 girls that work there. And we’re talking bad about me in Spanish. They didn’t know I understand them. Like how can you talk bad about a customer to their face?
I hope subway management teaches them respect. And next time don’t speak bad about someone in Spanish when a fluent speaker is there.
