AWFUL food and service! I could barely hear the employee on the drive thru speaker when I ordered 4 donuts. I told them I could barely hear them, the woman at the window tells me they know. After she hands me the bag, she and her co-workers mocked me as I pulled away. When I got home, this is what 2 boston cream and 2 blueberry donuts looked like FOR $6.79!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY DUNKIN DOG-NUTTS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! AWFUL!

I went to try and order today at 320 and had to wait which was totally fine until the younger smaller girls family member walks in after I had been standing by at the counter for a few minutes already and she waits on him without taking my order… decided I didn’t want anything at that point because this was just ridiculous to me. Tried calling to speak with a manager but there wasn’t one there. The girl working drive thru was very friendly and seemed to be the one doing most of the work.

The staff here is amazing! All very nice people! I had some fraudulent charges hit my venmo account. So my card didn’t have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least.. and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways. It’s not often you see acts of kindness like that, and it was greatly appreciated (8 months ago i forget the date)
If adding a second review was thing id give the staff here another 5 stars! Some really phenomenal human beings running this location! It’s refreshing to know there are still really good people out here in the world I appreciate you guys! 06/13/25

I used to love Dunks…
When it was a quick, friendly and made decent coffee. Not at this location.
Drive through only, no inside service. We sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes watching several employees inside walking around each other and talking to each other but only one employee doing the work. When we got to the window we were greeted by just a hand reaching out to grab out payment, handed us change and our order and said not one single word. My husband said thank you very much and she just turned and continued her conversation

Understaffed so horribly that they lock the doors for people that order ahead, forcing you to sit in the long line of cars blocking the roadway and near apartment building entrance so that they don’t have to accommodate the massive amounts of people. Not only have you already paid through the app, forced to wait. Just to finally get to the window so that your order was wrong. You guys can do way better… if your gonna make people wait this long and cause so much commotion. Please get the orders right. Thanks but no thanks.

I waited in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru. When I got to the window, I could tell the kid was having a bad day and I felt for them considering it was extremely busy. My coffee was made perfectly, though!

This Dunkins needs NEW EMPLOYEES. I specifically asked for one thing, and the cashier at drive thru window even repeated back what I said. But yet they get my order wrong. I went back to ask for it to be made the right way, and nothing but straight up attitude and dirty looks from the other employees. I’m literally so pissed off right. I’ve worked at Dunks myself down by Wilton, and I have never EVER seen such rude employees! Its not that had to give your customers respect!
I use to come here every single day! But ill get my coffees now at my favorite one by Wilton! Clearly they have their stuff together and they actually treat customers with respect!

This is not aimed at every person that works there during the week in the morning but more than 50% of the time service definitely doesn’t come with a smile. It comes with irritability and attitude. Like this morning, A girl messed my order up and gave ME an attitude for it. You know what you’re getting into taking a job at Dunkin’ donuts. If you can’t handle the busyness and the pressure in there then go find yourself another job because the people coming in there like myself don’t deserve to be treated like where a problem when we come in.

Not my experience, I see with a lot of the other reviews that many people have nothing but complaints for this location(then go on to say they still go everyday) it isnt the fastest DD in the world but if 10 cars pull in within minutes of each other there is going to be a wait. I’m sorry if the rest of the world is made for your instant gratification and having to wait 5 more minutes for a coffee is unacceptable to you. Maybe you might wanna get a k cup in your kitchen and learn to make your own breakfast, your highness. That way your servants will have it the moment you want it.

This Dunkin Donuts was remodeled in April 2021. It now has the new modern bar layout. It is a relatively small store with no indoor seating capability. There very limited parking. The drive-thru Lane is also limited, if more than 3-4 cars are waiting, you will be line up out in the road. The few times I have been there recently the staff has been friendly, they were good people, however, the store has been understaffed and so the service has been slow. The quality of the products were consistent with what you expect from Dunkin Donuts.
