I placed an online order and am a normal Jersey Mike’s shopper at least monthly. There was hardly toppings whatsoever on my sandwich. I also ordered a wrap. It was supposed to be double meat. Definitely was not, It barely had any toppings and the tomatoes on both were old, slimy, and gross. The tuna my favorite made me gag and I bout threw up. Ticked off that I spent 35$ on these two sandwiches that were both not done the way Mikes has always made them for me. Very disappointed.

It was my wife’s 61’st birthday. Her favorite sandwich in the world is the California club. So i placed my order, however I received a phone call a minute later informing me that they didn’t have any ripe avocados. Well dam that’s my wife’s favorite part of the sub. Well luck would have it i was pulled into my local Kroger’s to pick up her birthday cupcake and balloons. So I told the nice lady to stand by and i would pick up a fresh avocado. I grabbed a fresh ripe avocado and hauled the mail to get to the store before my wife’s lunch break. I made it just in time and the nice lady working the counter saw me coming in with a avocado jumped me un front of the line to complete my order and then out of nowhere she comped my meal. I’m sorry i didn’t get your name but Thank you so much you made my wife’s day!!!!

My most recent experience was a letdown. I left about 20 minutes ago May 3rd after placing an order for an Italian cold sub, specifying that the bread be toasted. Unfortunately, the meat was also grilled, a detail that escaped our attention until it was too late. The problems with my order were the bread not being toasted and the unappealing grilled deli meat. Consequently, I will be giving Jimmy John’s my business from now on.

If you order postmates from this location expect them to cancel the order and turn off their sales to postmates. They’ve been great in person, and the food tastes great, but ordering for delivery? Don’t hold your breath.

I eat at this Jersey Mikes often. They are always kind and deliver great service. The food is always fresh and well prepared. It is a great lunch. Also, I pick up party packs “aka” Sub Boxes from time to time for my team at work. These customized sub boxes are awesome.

I walked in at 8:55 thinking they closed at 10pm when I noticed everything was clean I asked what time they closed and they said 9. I asked if I was too late and they said no not at all! I tried leaving because I felt so bad but they convinced me to still order! I’m in the midst of packing and loss track of time and was super hungry! I truly appreciate them making my food minutes before closing after all was clean! And being friendly and not making me feel trrrible!

I purchased 2 Giant Subs on 12/31 $39.00 that might have been the problem it was 5pm. The #9 didn’t have any meat and the piece of Roast beef tasted bad. The #56 was ok. We always stop at this location on our way home and I’d like to think I was just the day and time. This time we were very disappointed.

Absolutely Delicious!! I got a regular tuna sub Mike’s way and was blown away by the flavor. The store was spotless. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming here again don’t even think twice about the subway next door!

I admittedly have not had Jersey Mike’s in a while. After today, I may never have Jersey Mike’s again. My sandwich was super soggy by the time it was delivery. Soggy and I could taste nothing but vinegar. I did not realize I Had to request mayonnaise or mustard. Not good Italian sandwich is without mayonnaise. Secondly, one of the meats had a pepper rind. Very unappetizing. I will stick with Jimmy John’s.

I live two seconds away from this jersey Mike’s so it is the one that I frequent but now that I’m about to move, I can share my experience every time I go in there I’m never greeted. It doesn’t matter who it is. It’s just straight silence and then today when I went to pick up my order, I was not greeted by the boy at the counter who normally works so I had to say what I was there for cause his back was turned, even though I was the only customer in there, but some other employee was just on the phone, staring at me and I know they’re about to close but they still had like 45 minutes left of being open and running so I tell him I’m there for a pick up order. He says nothing. He just handed me my stuff so I just turned and walk out of the door and then he kind of like petty Says to have a great night, which workers normally do when they’ve given you poor service and then they’re offended that you just returned their energy. Jersey Mike’s has really good food and I’ll be able to go to a different location after tonight, but they need to teach the little kids that work there. I don’t know if they’re highschoolers or what it is to speak to everyone not just old white men, but to speak to everyone and to just have a normal customer service experience.
