Ordered a pizza February 11th at 4:20pm. They told me 40 min. It took 1 hr and 10 minutes . Didn’t mind the wait if the pizza was fresh and hot. It was cold. Seems like it sat for awhile.

This papa johns pizza today should be used to teach every papa johns how to make a good pizza. We travel for business and eat at many locations. This one today was perfection!! We no longer eat dairy so it’s difficult to get a well made pizza bc you have to add more sauce. We always ask for more but most of the time they don’t add extra. Crust was perfect so we’re the amount of toppings etc. well fricken done!!

When you pay an arm and a leg for delivery, lol. You get raw chicken and burnt garlic knots along with a burnt pizza. I mean, how lazy are you to at least put enough sauce to cover the wings!

The Pizza here at this Papa John’s location has always been cooked really well and fresh. The service always been nice and friendly with no issues about my food order no matter if it’s Pizza, sauce, breadsticks, drinks or whatever I may had order at the time.
The ambiance is quiet besides the average noise of the staff making the pizza, taking phone calls, filling orders or talking to each other while doing their job.
How is parking? There is very limited parking spots upfront due to sharing the front parking spots with the shop next door them.
They offer deliveries and in store picks up as well.

I only give 2 stars for speed of service. We ordered wings, garlic knots, and cheese bread for delivery. The only edible thing is the cheesy bread, unfortunately. My husband’s wings are mostly raw in the middle and barely drizzled with sauce. His garlic knots are burnt to a crisp and inedible. Food is entirely too expensive to go to waste like this. I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant before today.

Ordered online for my father in law’s birthday today at his assisted living. Ordered online before they opened. Amazing service, came right in time, food was delicious and the driver was so friendly and amazing! Thank you for a great lunch! Will definitely recommend!!!

I usually don’t have problems when I order from this location, but the pizza I just received looks horrible. I called and asked for the manager, and I was put off on someone that wouldn’t identify themself. I was told I would get a store credit, or if I wanted a remake, it would take an hour to two before receiving a new pizza.

Everytime I order on the app it never gets sent to the store. Like clockwork I have to call the store, see if they got my order (they never do), call corporate and get them to put my order in. Last time I ordered corporate couldn’t help me at all. They said the money will not come off my card and it still did. The food is always good, but avoid the trouble if you’re ordering online. Domino’s is the safe pick for pizza in Perry. So tired of having to call corporate if I want a shot at papa johns. FIX THE APP!
