Subway system did not change so I showed proof that I paid for my food online. It was ready to be picked up at 10:25. The manager was called over an employee’s personal phone to ask her what was going on and the manager screamed at me over the phone. She made me wait until the receipt printed over an hour like I was lying. I want a refund . I did not get my two 6-in stubs until after 11:20

Ordered 2 footlongs and one was right but the other was a flatbread chicken bacon and ranch. Well, instead of using the flatbread as a footlong piece of bread it was wrapped like a wrap but is really less meat than a 6 inch and double wrapped of bread. All I was offered was a “my mistake”. Not one to just toss away food that is fine just not what I want but I figured they’d at least would’ve offered to fix it some kind of way.

Very nice workers, made 5 subs for me and my family in a very quick manner. Great customers survive and the subs were delicious! We also bought cookies and they gave us 2 for free!

I ate there shortly after 1:00 today on 2/13 and I was so impressed with the service and food quality and taste. It was perfect. The young lady also introduced me to their raspberry cheesecake cookies and I’m hooked! They taste like summer. I will definitely be returning to this location. I highly recommend!

I get off of work every morning at 7 Am and I’m always greeted with a smile by Sara she’s always so helpful and kind .! The food always looks so neatly prepped and fresh and the store is always cleaned .

tried to call and tried to email and still haven’t gotten a response. I ordered three subs for me and my coworkers on the app and every freaking one of them was wrong and one of them I had a combo and they even got the chips wrong ! The only thing that wasn’t wrong was the Pepsi. I want my refund!
