The service was abysmal. Not sure if this is management issue. Every waitress was also a bartender making the individual drinks for everyone. It took 45 mins to get a beer because they kept forgetting. Food once it was ordered (30 mins after we sat) did come out in a timely fashion.
We were there for nearly 2 hrs and only got our water refilled once because we had to flag someone down to ask for it.
Really large selection of drafts and drinks which was fun and good!
The food itself was decent, pretzel bites were our favorite with a good twist on frying them.
The shaved ribeye sandwiches were really good with a good bread too. Would like more of a sauce, or aioli in it, but overall delicious.
BBQ nachos were good as well, with huge portion. definitely ask for more BBQ sauce since it was just drizzled on. Lots of pulled pork with it!
Don’t get the chilli or the cheesy pig sandwich. Basically felt microwaved from a can/school lunch.

What a cool place to eat and have drinks. It’s easy to find parking so you’ll have no issues with finding a place to park. You have a choice to sit inside or on the roof-top. We chose to sit upstairs. We were greeted by the bartender who was also our waiter. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. The portion size was very generous and the food was great. I ordered the BLT with onion rings and my wife got the smoked wings. I tried my wife’s wings and it was delicious. My BLT was amazing but I definitely would get the smoked wings! The ambiance was very cool and looked like a great place to watch a game with the guys. They also have a good selection of draft beer. Would definitely come back.

Went there for lunch today for the first time. Great atmosphere and I sat at the bar. It was busy but the bartender quickly asked for my drink order and gave me a menu. Great tap menu and I choose the pub burger. Fantastic. Very juicy and also great fries. I’ll be back.

Well….I tried to give 5 stars, BUT, there are a few things. One, they have a periodic table of beer that many customers thought it was a beer menu. Nope! It’s on a big screen behind the bar. They have QR codes on the menus, but it’s not clear what they do. Is this to order food? The QR code on the receipt is for reviews and not to permit payment.
Speaking of food…for lunch, I had the pub burger and fries. In all honesty, it was underwhelming. All I could taste was cheese and none of the toppings. The fries were ok.
The few bites of my wife’s Cuban was very, very good. Kudos for piling the meat on that sandwich.
We had the Buffalo chicken app and it was very thick and tasty. I would argue that it could be it’s own meal if one were inclined.
Atmosphere overall is good with a noise level that allowed for normal conversation, but believe the dinner crowd could be somewhat louder.
I’m not going to write this place off just yet and will give it another try with a different entrée.

We had an amazing time at Taphouse tonight thanks to Olivia and staff!! She was incredibly attentive and gave us the best recommendation for the cheesy pig and was very knowledgeable on the beer selections! Even though the place was packed, she made us feel like VIPs. We’ll definitely be back to sit in her section!

I had the best time last night. They have an outside bar (it was closed due to the cold) but I got to sit out there last week and loved it. The waiters have all been really nice and been on top of our drinks/food each time I’ve been there.
The wings- OMG- they are some of the best I have ever had. They’re a little sweet/spicy dry rub and I am *obsessed*. I had them again last night!
By the way, on Tuesday nights, they have open mic night. I hope more people see this review and go to see the musicians because there was maybe 4 people in there til they stopped playing.

Neighborhood Taphouse in Summerville is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the service is consistently top-notch. Their food is excellent — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The tap selection is impressive as well, with great rotating options and something for everyone. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual drink, dinner with friends, or to catch a game, this place always delivers. One of Summerville’s best spots, hands down! Highly recommend.

Don’t pay attention to the review from Nate Tase. HIs team of 12 were caught cheating at trivia and they left upset and saying things as they walked out because the person running trivia didn’t give them their prize since four teams complained. The food, drinks, and service are absolutely amazing. I know this info as his table was next to mine. The staff is super friendly and always willing to be on top of everything!

The food was exceptional. The cheddar jalapeño poppers on the Poppin Steak made it something special. Drinks were never empty and servers were very attentive. There were plenty of empty tables and the rooftop bar was open. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

When I asked the server about the other bread options on the menu, she simply said they would not make substitution. She did not check that they contained dairy or not. All she said was that the kitchen would not make substitutions. Second, I’m not sure how you interpret my review as saying having three different servers was great service when I specifically said it felt disorganized.
I will say my drink was fine and the food came out very fast. Very disorganized, we had three servers assist us and not one of them introduced themselves or had a name tag. I have a dairy allergy and was told they would not substitute a dairy free alternative to the brioche bun that comes on many of their menu items (even though they have other options). Not a great experience in general.
