Great Pizza. If you haven’t had it you need too. It was perfect and I am a Pizza lover. The only issue I have is if you want to order for the future and the place is open at say 11am it says you can online order at 1pm ?? This needs to get fixed.

Called 10 minutes before coming in to see if they have pizza by the slice to be told yes come in see the pizza still in the heating thing and they said they don’t have it we clear as day see it there my guess is employees wanted to take it home for them selfs . Plus would have ordered if I knew they didn’t before coming all the way up there to be lied to twice .

I tried for 1st time ,got an individual taco pizza. Like a personal pan pizza. It was actually very good. I would try again. Fast and convenient. They have an app where you can place an order and offer coupons on the website.

Food and service excellent today. Atmosphere tainted by another customer looking for a reason to complain despite the woman at the counter politely explaining what seemed to be confusing the . There was no attitude nor rudeness in her responses, yet “Karen” felt slighted when all she had to do was accept the reasonable solution offered. Felt it better to be the one copping an attitude with the staff. Staff handled the situation far better than I would have.

There are too many pizza places around town to order from that a person would have to put up with the lack of customer service received at Michael’s. Sarah made it very clear that she was the manager and her father owned the store, so this apparently permits her to treat customers however she feels. The food is nothing special that would ever bring my family back to Michael’s. And for the amount of money we spent, could you hold the attitude until I walk out the door at least? Try reading the menu as if you are a customer that has never been to the restaurant before, then you might understand when a person has a question. And focus on the customer in front of you versus people in the lobby. Looking back at the reviews of Michael’s, I can’t wait to see the response to my review. Past responses to any criticism of Michael’s is met with defensiveness and denial. So apparently a mistake has never before been made at this restaurant, and employees are always at their very best?!

When I arrived I was at first disappointed to find out there was a mix up with my order and that I would have to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza. (I was starving and Michael’s is always so good)
But Kaitlyn and her manager Brad went above and beyond with their customer service skills by comping a few items from my order and even offering an extra free 6 pack to make up for it.
Everyone makes mistakes, that’s to be expected. But it’s about how you right those wrongs that matters. People like Kaitlyn and Brad remind me why Ive been a customer here for so long and the owner should be happy to have them as great employees
