I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences at Papa John’s. This is the second time we’ve received a pizza that wasn’t cut all the way through, which makes it frustrating to serve. The toppings are never consistent — either there’s barely any on certain slices or it’s unevenly distributed. The pizza also tends to have large bubbles in the crust.
On top of that, the garlic knots were extremely dry, and honestly, everything we ordered felt dried out.
What’s also concerning is hearing the manager yelling at employees while customers are present. That kind of environment doesn’t reflect well on the store and makes the whole experience uncomfortable.
We’ve given this location multiple chances, but the quality and service just haven’t been consistent.

Each time I’ve come in the manager is always yelling at the other employees and always infront of customers. It seems like the manager has an ego and likes to pick on his employees. The pizza was okay the first time and this time (see picture) what is this!?? It looks like they forgot the toppings and threw them on there last minute on top of spinning the pizza around a few times and throwing it in the box. Will not be ordering from this Papa John’s again

This location sucks. I’m not sure what happened but it used to be an ok location. Either my order is wrong or they send garbage….no in-between.

Came inside for a pick up, in the 10 mins I was there not one of the 5 employees even acknowledged my existence. One guy started yelling at one point and then stormed off to the back. Pizza was fine but I’m 100% certain if I had not asked about my food it would have just sat there for another 15-20 mins. Not sure if they are just understaffed or just really busy the time I came in but service is severely lacking

I wish I could give them zero stars, the pizzas were dry while the toppings were very light and the boneless chicken wings had no sauce. The service was pathetic and the employees making the pizza didn’t even follow basic sanitary ways to make pizza. We usually are frequent visitors with Domino’s and Pizza Hut but wanted to try Papa John’s after a longtime but this experiment turned out to be a disaster. ♀️ I wouldnt recommend eating at this place for anyone. ♀️

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered for a pickup at his location. When I got there, the lady claimed herself as the manager told me my order had been picked up already. I was shocked when her tone was very rude from the moment I tried to understand the situation. She refused to acknowledge any faults, talked over me, and acted as if I was giving her a hard time by asking for a basic correction. I strongly urged upper management to get deep into review how this store is being run. She shouldn’t be there running the store with this kind of attitude toward customers. This location used to be good. From your local customers!

We just ordered pizza from this location, and have been for years. The past few orders have been far from great. This delivery order arrived 30 min after promised based on the time estimator, so instead of the promised 45 min we received it an hour and 15 min later. Food arrived wrong and cold. We tried to call the store and it says they are closed, so the phones are off apparently. I hope this store can rectify this situation, I will be stopping in person tomorrow.

We ordered pizza and the Door Dasher wasn’t prompt. The pizza was taking a lot longer than usual. (Because of the delivery service NOT the restaurant). “G” went above and beyond. Not only was he sympathetic to the situation which wasn’t all that serious. But he also made sure that they remade the pizza so it wasn’t cold. We didn’t even ask for that. “G” was awesome.

Lately we have been having issues with papa johns putting enough sauce on wings. So I try to call them with time to make sure they do. Which I did, and still fails to add good sauce to the wings. For these pricey wings you would think they would be good and sauced! Disappointed
