The food at The Habit is usually great, but tonight was the first time that I had such a horrible experience with the service and food.
Tonight we ordered a “family box.”
It came with 4 hamburgers and 4 fries.
All 4 hamburgers looked haphazardly made and the buns were all burned.
The young kid at the register was rude. The wait for food and service was very long, and the tables in the dining room were filthy.
The Habit Corporate Office definitely needs to look into this store.
There is a definite management issue here.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all good, but I knocked stars off for pricing policy. I spent close to $50 on a meal and was charged $0.57 for a very small side of ranch.
I regularly go to the Habit location in La Verne, and they have never charged me for a small side of sauce, so this felt unnecessary and a bit nickel-and-diming — especially at these prices.
Nothing wrong with the food or staff, but policies like this make a difference, and I’ll probably keep going to the La Verne location instead

We used to love eating here. The manager or front end guy was rude and short with people. They were understaffed. Three people were working on a Friday night. He kept telling everyone to go use the kiosk. Waited an extremely long time for the food.

Some girl that took our order was very rude would not tell me about the menu when I was asking her questions about it. But the next group yelled at her and put her in her place and when I asked her for a box after we were done eating she was super nice. I guess that’s what it took.

Fantastic grilled chicken Cobb salad! Well-made and fresh with plenty of avocado, chicken, eggs, bacon and more. Probably the best one I’ve had at Habit Burger. But I only gave four stars because the cheap plastic fork broke. That’s dangerous! I noticed it as I was taking a bite and could have swallowed it or choked on it. They need to invest in better plastic cutlery. Other than that, it was great.

I love Habit burgers but my last 2 orders were messed up, I ordered a teriyaki burger and got a regular burger and then payed extra for bacon on a 2nd burger and they didn’t put bacon on it, they also fail to cook them well done when requested, maybe because they just opened their new store on Azusa Ave but I hope they get it together.

Although I do not like using kiosk when ordering food out of fear they will get my order wrong, I admit the Habit did a good job.
They got my order right, the food was good, place was clean and they did the job. Highly recommend.
