Pizza was great! We haven’t ordered pizza in such a long time, but we decided to order tonight and so glad we did! I’m gluten-free (not Celiacs, but for other reasons, I have to stay away from gluten), and was so excited that it was Udi’s pizza crust! Delicious! My husband is vegetarian, but our son is not, so they did a half pepperoni and half veggie toppings pizza, and both loved their pizza, too! Will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

STAY AWAY – TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCT QUALITY/GUARANTEE!!!! I would give a negative number if possible. Two times in a row they have made my pizza, a regular menu item, incorrectly. I came to the store tue next day, 8 miles, to question the alleged Mgr, Brian Tiller. He looked the pizza over, and acknowledged the pizza was wrong. He then stated to me that the pizza CANNOT be made as pictured in the promotional pictures or the TV ad. The stores received the Corp training videos that direct them on how to produce the new Detroit pizzas and are required to adhere to the directions. His words… the pizza can’t be made to look as it is promoted and advertised. There is a top piece contraption placed on the top of the pan that prevents the cheese from being run to the edge of the pie. He stated that the pie cannot have the caramelized cheese, as pictured and advertised. He also stated he could not/would not hive me a refund of my pizza that he stated was wrong. He, the stated Manager, said he could/would be fired if he gave a refund. He told me I will have to come back tomorrow to get refund. Mark B

Placed an online order at 7:38pm with the expected delivery to arrive 25-30 minutes. Called the Pizza Hut store at 8:20pm and they said your carryout is ready for pick up. We even paid extra delivery tip to ensure the food would arrive on time. When we asked if they could refund the delivery cost and we would go and pick it up directly, the man on the phone said no but we can pick it up ourselves or he will have someone to deliver it but it would take another 15-25 minutes. Why would I want to be charged for a delivery fee and paid a 15% delivery tip only for me to go and pick it up myself… terrible service.
