I don’t normally have issues with this Subway but today I ordered a footlong Meatball sandwich with pepperjack cheese and parmesan on Doordash. When I got it, my sandwich literally only had pepperoni on the bread. There were no meatballs, no cheese, no parmesan. My mom ordered a Cold Cut and didn’t have mayo on it like she ordered. I was very disappointed they couldn’t make a commonly ordered, simple sandwich and gave me something I didn’t even ask for.

Update: I ordered another Meatball marinara sandwich right after my first order that arrived with just pepperoni on the bread and the 2nd time, I got pepperoni again but they added parmesan cheese this time. If they are out of a certain product, they need to contact the customer and ask if they would like a substitution. Sending pepperoni slices instead of Meatball marinara is not acceptable. Sending it wrong twice in a row is completely ridiculous. I tried calling the Subway and no one picked up.

Richard was working completely by himself and handled everything with such a great attitude. Service was fast, my food was made perfectly, and he stayed kind and professional the entire time. It’s not easy running a store solo, and he did an amazing job. Please recognize his hard work.

It is currently 8 o’clock store doesn’t close until 830 online. It says 930 and the worker had a customer. It looked like lock the door turn off the sign and then continue to let him order. You should really update your store hours if your employees are gonna close early.

I have to say that this establishment may be trying to get back on its feet, the food looks a little less fresh on some products. But Steven, a new employee, is doing an AMAZING JOB! It’s his first few days. But he is making sure everyone is helped and being friendly while still trying to learn and figure it all out. He is very friendly and made the best sandwiches we’ve had in a long time!! I hope that he is recognized for handling it all!!

On Friday, December 6th, at 7:50 pm I put in an online order for two sandwiches. When I arrived at 8:20ish, the open sign was off and the doors were locked. The website said they were open until 9:30, and the sign on the door said they were open until 8:30. Either way, I ordered and was there on time. And I could see from the door that the online order counter was empty, leading me to believe that they probably were closed by the time I ordered, 40 minutes to an hour and 40 minutes before their posted closing time. On top of that, when I went in the next day around 1:30pm to ask for a refund since I didnt get my food, the person working didn’t really seem to care, gave me my money back in cash instead of on my card, and then shorted me on my cash refund. I will never be going to this place again, especially not any time relatively close to closing, since apparently they just lock up whenever they please.

My wife and I went in right when they opened at 8:30 this morning (Nov.10th) we had just dropped our little boy (min pin mix) at the veterinary clinic for a complex dental surgery. As soon as we walked in the employee there instantly informed us that they did not have turkey, ham, bell peppers, or lettuce. So my wife asked her if she could please cut up a few spinach leaves for me because I do not have teeth and can’t chew spinach leaves whole. She responded with an attitude “well I can give it to you like it is, but I’m not going to chop it up. So I said to my wife let’s go somewhere else. Then I turned to the employee and said. “I was a Subway manager in Phoenix. With all your missing product and the fact that we are literally your first customers of the day and there is nobody else in line, I would have cut up the spinach for the customers with a knife. It’s called going above and beyond. Apparently something your generation doesn’t know anything about and walked out. Very angry and unsatisfied

Kaden and Tyler were AMAZING!!! We will only be going to this subway for now on. They were kind and helped us so quick! Great personalities and amazing service!!! These guys deserve a RAISE!! We went to the subway on Sheridan and the line was out the door and were waiting for over 30 minutes and the line never moved!!!! We came to this one and even with a line we were helped within 10 minutes!!! We will be back and recommending this subway for everyone we know. They are amazing here!!!!

Long story short, there will be more details with upper management. On 2/1/26, at 6:40pm, the worker, who would not give me her name, (short black female) charged me $7.59 to my bank for a sub I never received. It was a situation with an online order that she refused to approve because, according to her, the place was closed, it was 6:40 PM. The order was made online at 6:20 PM. She was very rude and was just too lazy to make a simple cold cut sub. I want a refund and my rewards back!!!

Maps has the hours listed the same as the store has them on the door. Both list this location as open until 9:30. Yet here I am watching someone mop the floor behind a locked door. And when I knocked to ask, he simply pointed at the “open” sign which was no longer illuminated. Then I pointed at the hours on the door questioningly, and was promptly ignored. Guess he had better things to do tonight than keep the store open until it’s posted hours of operation. 40 minute drive because I was really craving a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. Don’t think that I’ll be making the mistake of ever coming here again. I’m sick of the BK next to my place, but at least they’re open when they say they are, so I guess they get my business instead from here on out.
