So did the steak subs change recently, got 2 steak,cheese, and mushroom subs and when I took my second bite I had to spit it out. Opened it up and seen the 5 big chunks of meat that are so fatty and tough I couldn’t pull the meat apart. The meat used to be Shredded and these sandwiches use to be great. I’ve been eating these for years and this time they were horrible and to Drive 30 minutes to waste my money on food that I threw away makes me never want to come back. Thinly sliced meat???

Darn good Pizza. Beats every other place in this town. The flavored crust is what really drives it home. The stuff crust is amazing to get. The prices are cheaper than Pizza Hut and Dominos. I highly recommend the Herbs and Cheddar flavored Crust.

Yesterday was my first time ever ordering from this restaurant. I placed a delivery order on Valentines Day at 9:37pm. (They close at 10) I live very close- not even 2 blocks away. I was nervous thinking they might not fulfill the order considering it was so late and it was a holiday. Let me say- Hungry Howies did not disappoint! The pizza was hot. The crust was soft, fluffy and fresh. Full of toppings! The howies bread was packed full of flavor. The delivery driver was so sweet (wish I would have gotten her name) Her customer service skills were a 10/10. This place is an underrated GEM! You just earned a new customer. Thank you so much for the experience and not letting me to go bed hungry!

We paid $50 for pizza early in the night and waited an hour for a response. We tried calling to get it figured out but it immediately disconnected the call. We never got the food delivered to us so we called the next day and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Will not be ordering from here ever again!

Was told our order was ready to pick up about 25 minutes after we ordered it. We got to the restaurant, told the boss our name, was told one of our pizzas was just coming out, then the boss left and our order got lost! We sat waiting for over a half hour for our order to be ready. We had groceries in our car, were expected at home thirty minutes earlier! No compensation for having had to sit for and watch 7 other customers get their orders and the delivery people come and go. So disappointed in what is usually a great place to pick up dinner

2 stars. I have been ordering for 5 years from the Valparaiso location. Never had a complaint about the food or service. Tonight I called and I was told that “You are out of the delivery area. That sometimes they take orders on slow nights and the drivers are OK with it but not on busy nights like a Saturday. You know what i an saying!?” I said “I dont know what you are talking about i have been ordering delivery for 5 years form this place. I have always had it delivered.” The kid basically said he didn’t care. How sad this is my favorite pizza and now I will have to boycott out of principle.
