Horrible. These employees don’t care about the work at all. They’re clearly there just for a paycheck, and the paycheck won’t be there long if they can’t get right. This was NOT a pretzel crust pizza. This was a normal pizza, but with massive amounts of rock salt all over the entire pie. It was so salty that we couldn’t eat it without rinsing off the salt with the sink faucet and then putting it in the air fryer. Again, I must add. It WAS NOT pretzel bread, not even close. I feel like I completely wasted my money. Lips burning from the salt whilst trying to eat the first piece. They didn’t even cook it thoroughly. It was mushy and wet in the center.

I love living the “rural” life, but I miss these reputable chains. This location had a nice lady who was very patient with some customers that hadn’t been familiar with the menu for some time. When we finally choose a large cheese pizza and a side of bread sticks, she turned around grabbed them, and served them up. When we finally got home and dug in, the food was as delicious as we remembered what Little Caesars can be.

I ordered the extra most bestest which is supposed to be loaded down with twice the cheese and pepperoni. I paid $3 more and got a normal pepperoni pizza.

I agree w Bobby Henderson who saw a rat in this place!! Little Caesars is NOT what it once was!!! I stopped in at 11:30 lunchtime- to “ grab & go”—— but there wasn’t one pizza made ready to buy. When I asked for a cheese pizza I was told, oh we don’t premake them anymore as they do not sell!
Well, I didnt see ANY premade for quick pick up for sale??? Guess they don’t need the business or $$$$—- so I suggest to go somewhere that customers are wanted

Had a bad experience here a yr ago, haven’t been back. Today I gave them another shot. Horrible! I have always like LC but this location is not it. One pizza was cut like a jigsaw puzzle the other had no sause and the crazy bread was cold. The crazy Puffs were good. But not good enough to ever go back.

Not impressed. I put in a mobile order and it was scheduled for 6:48pm and just as I got in there (was running a little late) around 6:55 my order just got in which can kinda be overlooked for myself because I wasn’t in a rush or anything but for some people that order needs to be a little more spot on. When I got the pizza back to my car and opened it up the pizza was NOT cut all the way through (barely even dented the top layer) and NOT fresh also did a custom pizza where it had extra cheese and it was not really extra cheese…. makes me wonder if they didn’t just shove one of their hot and ready’s into the warmer for order pick ups and call it a day. Also noticed a mushroom or whatever on it again not that big a deal for myself but still and on top of that the crust was ripped on part of the pizza not really a fan of that.

I arrived at this location just before 9:30 PM 5/12/25 to order two pizzas, and was told I could only buy crazy bread because they were “about to close.” The store’s posted hours are until 10 PM, and it does not take 30 minutes to make a pizza. This was clearly a case of laziness and a disregard for customer service. If a business claims to be open until 10 PM, then customers should be served accordingly—period. Refusing to fulfill basic orders well before closing time is unprofessional and unacceptable. If the staff doesn’t intend to serve customers during the last 30 minutes, then the hours need to be adjusted to reflect that. Extremely poor experience.
