My foot long sandwich was made incorrectly or was the complete wrong sandwich. We drove back down to get it figured out it and, Julie at the front, was upset that I was requesting a new sandwich to be made, as it was missing key ingredients. She took the incorrect foot long sandwich with both hands and threw it across the table in anger. Not an employee that should be dealing with customers. Avoid!!

My partner came home from subway today to tell me that his experience being there was absolutely disgusting. He asked for two sandwiches and a young BRAND NEW employee was making them. Of course on her first day she had a lot of questions, understandably. Whoever was training this poor girl NEEDS some sensitivity training or something because she was a complete brat and lacked a LOT of empathy for this young woman. Was hardly answering any of the questions and just expected her to know where everything was at on her first day and exactly how to cut and assemble these sandwiches and was extremely hostile in front of my partner while “answering” the questions she had. If this is how this business is ran, my partner and I would sure be glad to take our business elsewhere and happily spread the word.

Came in at 7:30pm. Outside the front door were a bunch of teenagers talking about how rude an older lady was. Walked in and watched a white older lady talk down so rudely to a little girl who had come in to pick up an order. She yelled at the little girl, slammed drinks at her, and told her to “take the drinks!” First and only then would she give her the sandwiches. When it came to us she slammed her hand down on a bag and pulled it from us. Why are they keeping someone that is extremely rude and has no customer service skills??? Never coming back.

The two girls working this evening were helpful and friendly and it stood out! I don’t often find that kind of customer service anywhere anymore and was pleasantly surprised when picking up our mobile order.

Incredibly friendly, fresh ingredients, remodeled interior. The owner was inside running the till and greeting the customers. So very nice to see the person in charge working alongside their employees.

Placed an online order and waited a half hour for the employees to even start my order. When the sandwich “artist” started our food she grabbed the bread (the first step) and looked my fiance dead in the eye and said, “I’m almost done”. The sandwiches were then completely butchered. They did not follow any instructions on amounts to put on the sandwiches. Very disappointed with the service and quality of food. Do better.

5 stars to employee Ashlyn was very nice and quick at making our sandwiches:) however -2 stars to the ginger manger with a eyeybrow piercing I didn’t like how the manger showed up and was blatantly rude to her employee and acting unprofessional to her employees and in front of others especially. Not a smile, hello or anything to her staff or anyone in the store. It was the 4th of July and she was rude to her staff and making the comments “it’s always something” with a scuff to her workers being in the store 5 min and after a rush her employee just got through before she arrived. Nagging behind her as she was making our sandwiches is rude as hell to her as the employee trying to just do her job right and the customers in the store. Treat your employees with respect thanks!
