I ordered a delivery order and, when I opened the door, I noticed that it looked like the pizza box was either stepped on or sat on (first photo). I opened the box and half the pizza had been stuck so firmly to the top of the box that it flipped over (second photo). I went to look at my Ring doorbell video (attached) and observed the diver seemingly slamming the soda bottles down on the ground (be sure to have the volume on). I reached out to the store immediately and they were able to help credit my account, but I’m bothered to hear that the assistant manager admitted this wasn’t the first incident of this behavior of this driver. Clearly the store is comfortable with their driver(s) destroying orders. Given I’m not sure of the reason for the crushed box (i.e. I’m not sure if he sat underneath it), I’m uncomfortable eating this product.

Ordered 16 hot wings they were dry as cardboard. Ordered the pasta, look at this measly serving of pasta, my 8 year old daughter thought it was comical. “Dad look they couldn’t even get the PASTA right”. Unreal $65.00 for this meal, very displeasing.

I am right there with David. Just received my pizza I ordered at 6:19. Our order is not fresh it’s definitely been sitting ( lol good thing my camera can brighten it up because it didn’t look as good as the picture). We definitely received someone else’s pizza. We ordered 2 med hand toss. Received a thin with a different topping thank goodness it was close enough. I called the store because I was just going to come get it. Drove all the way there and just a minute away it’s finally out for delivery. There were only 2 customers inside and there was no point (my food wasn’t there) so I drove back all while staying on hold maybe someone will answer. I stayed on for 50min before it disconnected or they hung up. Will never be ordering again and I’ll definitely be complaining.

Completely messed up my order. I ordered a medium pizza and wings as well as numerous sauces in the side. First of all I ordered 3 different sauces and I received none of them. Second of all the pizza I ordered is of poor quality and the toppings aren’t even what so ever (as per my pictures). Third, I ordered mango habanero wings and I got plain dry wings with nothing on them. And lastly, when my food was delivered no one knocked on the door so I didn’t even know my food was delivered and I even signed up the text notifications to tell me when my food was delivered!!

I ordered a medium pan made pizza. The first one came complementary messy and undercooked looked very unappetizing. I couldn’t even pick up a piece to serve because it was falling apart. I called and asked if they could possibly make a second one and if it’s easier a thin crust so it would cook through. They were kind, and brought another pizza however it was still completely undercooked and burned on the sides at the same time.

Waited 45 minutes for our order… Showed the order was ready via app. Only to arrive AND WAIT 15 minutes for carry out and then be told our order would take another 45-50 minutes. Not the first time having issues with this location.
