My daughter wanted to stop here for her birthday lunch. It wasn’t that busy. The food is like Tex-Mex, but good. The salsa was good, not too hot. They brought it with queso dip and tortillas. My daughter ordered the top shelf salsa, which was really hot.

Great food and an even better staff. There were a lot of staff constantly helping customers and quickly cleaning up the tables after they left. Great happy hour specials also! They have a pretty big food and drink menu so there is a lot to choose from, which I like. The chips and salsa are fresh and very good.

I don’t ever review but this place deserves it unfortunately. The food is just gross. I wish I would’ve read reviews before I came. The chicken and beef have a weird taste and texture to them, I don’t even know how to explain it. We’ve driven by for a while and decided to try it but will never go back. Where to start….bad all around to be honest. We don’t live far from here and always pass this place and wondered. Now I’ve eaten at the La Luna on Reno and was good but this place is a BIG disappointment.
We were seated promptly and our waiter came in a timely fashion to get our drink orders, said he would bring some chips and salsa in minute. Well that minute turned to several until another waiter noticed and brought us some chips, cheese and salsa. Blah. Had better at fast food chain and careful not to break a tooth on them chips.
This is where the nice cold buckets of beer come in handy cause this is probably how the get their customers to stop in.
We tried their Pozole which was delicious and left us wanting more. Now to our entrée… half order of steak fajitas. Didn’t look like steak or taste as so, was rubbery and had foul taste as though the meat was spoiled. The charro beans was whole beans with pico de gallo garnished on top. Rice was tender and flavorful.
My recommendation would to drive past unless you want cheap coronas. Again I wouldn’t recommend this place to ex cons.

Our waitress (who I told I wouldn’t forget her name… which I did) was great… margaritas were good and strong! Food excellent! Fajitas for two. Very nice dining experience!

The best steak fajitas I have ever had in my life. And I have eaten fajitas at a lot of places. Staff was friendly and the patio was a great place to eat especially when there is a band playing. The Bad Neighbors were playing and they were great.

Just don’t do it. Every single one of our orders were wrong, including our to go order that was brought out with our food. I asked for it to be re-made correctly, which the joke of a manager assured me it was-then opened the box to show me that was the same soggy incorrect burrito that had brought out at the beginning of our meal had been thrown off the plate into a to go box and all the ingredients that were supposed to be in it-slopped together in a box. On top of the subpar food and terrible service-it also took us about 40 minutes to get our check-Which she blamed on the brand new server who was “very busy with a 10 top”She not once checked on him or his customers even though it was obvious he was struggling. Poor kid-His teenage coworkers and bus girl actually did check on his table while his manager stood around joking with the bartender. LaLuna owners just know this so called manager is doing a terrible job representing your business. Her and her three day old crusty messy bun need to be replaced. She’s unprofessional, uncouth and honestly looks like she needs a good shower.
