I did not want McDonald’s so I thought I would stop by and get some food here instead. I ordered three rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese which was listed at $7.75 on the menu. When I get up to the window, she charges me $16.39 on my card. I tried to ask her why so much and she said she had added on a soda. I told her I did not want a soda. She said she will take it off and hand me back $6.55 in cash. She did not try to make the situation right and I still paid about $10 for three rolled tacos. The math was not mathing, and there was no sauce in the bag. There was no one else in the drive-thru line. food is OK. If I knew about the service and cost, I probably would have went elsewhere.

Trash service. I ask for no guac on at least 3 different occasions only for them to ignore it. I know I ordered through a delivery app but it explicitly says on my receipt my order instructions. Genuinely concerned that none of the people here actually know how to read instructions.

Their chicken quesadilla has become my new guilty pleasure. It’s a really large quesadilla filled with lots of cheese and shredded marinated chicken. It tastes tender and doesn’t have a gamey taste (I’m really picky about chicken). I ordered it 2 days in a row which was horrible for my waistline but amazing for my taste buds.

Very good burrito, plenty of meat, cheese, rice and beans with sour cream. The meat was cooked well. We will definitely be back to this location. We went through the drive thru but it was very quick.

Did a quick delivery order of the signature California burrito. The size was generous enough to split between hubby and I. It had a good amount of steak. That’s the good. The steak was greasy, not to the point of being inedible. That’s bad. I ordered a $3 side of guacamole that looked like green sour cream and tasted worse. That’s the ugly. Needless to say, we will not eat there again.

Ordered beef taco and cheese enchilada plate. Enchilada was “beef” but mostly veggie. Returned it and they said they won’t make a cheese enchilada for the meal. I have never tried to order an enchilada and been denied the cheese option. Last week I asked for no sour cream on my asada fries. It was smothered in the stuff. I noticed when driving and could smell cat food stench coming from the bag. Returned that as well. Bad experiences at other Mexican food restaurants lately too. We will be taking a long break from eating Mexican food because of this. It’s a good year for Italian food.

The employees who take our orders are friendly and have a welcoming smile. We enjoyed generous portions of good quality food. Chips and salsa from the salsa bar are included at no additional cost with your meal purchase. The restrooms are large and clean, as is the dining area.

So, not sure if they just opened the day we went (8-30-2023) or what exactly but most of the customer facing employees did not seem to know what they were doing, the cooks apparently did which was good because the food was decent. There was a ‘special’ advertised out front on a sandwich board and I wish I would have taken a pic, because the lady behind me noticed that it was advertised at $8.99 but we were being charged $10.75, FFwd, she made a huge deal about it they scrambled to fix it and stop anyone else from getting it at the lower price. All CC payments could only be taken from the drive thru so counter customers had to watch a slightly disoriented worker walk away with their CC and it just seemed very disorganized. Food quality will probably drop within the first month, doubt I will go back.
