This is the first time that jersey mikes has messed up an order, but it got messed up so bad that it seems almost intentional. I ordered a number 3 (ham and provolone, no onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes, add pickles, add mayo, add mustard) what i received in place of that was a second Italian sub (which had all the customizations right) and the bread on my Italian sub (Italian rosemary bread) looks as if it wasnt even made correctly. Usually a good spot for me to get dinner but tonight it just wasnt good.

Every table was filthy, some sticky, even though there were no customers in there. It was only 11am. The chairs were dirty. The floor had leaves on the floor in January…how is that? There were crumbs under the tables. We mentioned the dirty tables immediately after ordering and during our entire meal, no one came and cleaned. There were no other customers during that time and at least 3 workers. The sub sizes seemed smaller today. The medium was only 1 inch bigger than the small. Not worth the extra price. We won’t be back.

My first time eating at The new Grandville location of Jersey Mikes sub shop restaurant.
Clean and well laid out store. The staff was very courteous and helpful with us as we had never ordered from their menu before.
It did take longer than I would think for a sub shop to make a sandwich but we did ask for grilled sandwiches so that probably takes longer. We enjoyed our subs but they were not anything too special, and I thought the chicken and bacon sub was relatively bland in flavor.

Love Jersey Mike’s usually. Food was ok, but it just seemed kind of messy inside. Could go for a good cleaning. Also, friendliness was a bit below par.

About 5 years ago I had tried a different Jersey Mike’s location and had less than satisfactory meals each time.
Recently I started working where it made getting to this one very convenient. Many of my coworkers were eating there and seemingly enjoying their lunches so I gave them another chance. I am very happy to have done so.
First off I ordered using the app. Very simple to use. I arrived 5 minutes before the promised time, and was greeted with a smile, and my sub in a bag ready to go.
As for the sandwich itself; from the freshness and texture of the bread to the taste of ingredients this was night and day better than what I remembered. A quick and enjoyable meal hasn’t been this good in a while.

Could definitely improve on cleanliness. Tables were not cleaned. Women’s bathroom was out of order with no sign; talked to an associate who said the bathroom has been out of order for over a week and manager aware, but has not fixed it or called a plumber and again, no sign posted, so you walk into a lovely surprise. Drink station not clean, sticky pop/tea everywhere. Our sandwiches were good; bread is much better than Subway. Staff is very friendly. It’s just the clean factor could be improved upon.
