Used to be a great location when it opened but service went downhill fast. If you plan on ordering chicken strip baskets be prepared to be pulled off to the side to wait 10 minutes for your food while your ice cream and blizzard melts. If I was told before ordering that there was no food ready I would not order.

Stopped innfor some ice cream. Got a medium sundae and an ice cream cupcake. Both tasted fantastic and the service was great. My only complaint is that a medium sundae seems like it’s the same size as a small. Other than that, great experience.

Bought a cake for a friend who is recovering from surgery. There was many to choose from my only complaint was the little girl didn’t ask if I wanted to write anything on the cake. That was fine I just really wanted to buy the cake but usually they always ask if you want something on it. They were a little busy so it wasn’t really a big deal.

Worst ever!! Ordered 2 burger they only gave me 1 and then said I would have to go back though the drive thru or come in side if I wanted one this was the 2 time they disappointed me fist was a wrong bday cake but I gave them the benefit of doubt and tried them again but will never be back! I did call manager and he was pretty much like oh well! Worst experience 2 and I will never be cal!!!

For a long time my dog and I would come here because they had pup cups for him to eat for free. So about once or twice a month he loved going for a ride and getting ice cream. Just went there today and was informed that now I have to buy something to be able to get one for him!?! I’m not asking for a handout but it was nice to see a restaurant, especially a corporate one do something nice for their community like that. That’s the problem with places of business, always about the buck and not the community. As a chef I can tell you specifically soft serve ice cream in that capacity costs next to nothing especially giving out a quarter cup of it. It’s just sad. I’ll just get it from the store now and I definitely won’t be coming back here. It’s the point, life isn’t about money, the managers could’ve easily kept that going and never would miss the few bucks a year it would cost them.

This is the first dairy queen I ever went to. It is consistently good. Every time we go the service is awesome and the food is great. Over ten times now everything has been great every single time. I am highly impressed in today’s climate of customer service and quality you can tell this place has some old fashioned pride

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE thru Doordash APP for pick-up. JUST GO IN!!!. There is a $2.00 markup on online orders even if you pick it up chicken basket is almost $12.00 for a 4 pc. When you go in it’s 9.97. I will never again just download the DQ app and it’ll save you money

Dont bother to order food at the Akron Ohio Canton road Franchise!!!! Chicken Strip Basket was cold and the very little fries that came with the meals were soggy. Gravy was missing {Who eats toast without the gravy?} from the dinner of all 3 meals also!!!! $33,06 total. Thanks DQ for the rip off!!! i did learn 1 thing though, dont eat at this location!!!!!

Went through Ellet Dairy Queen for an online order. I got the best salad I’ve ever got from Dairy Queen. A lot of other times from other DQ it’s a hit or miss of the salads. Today best salad I’ve ever got. Thank you all!

This has to be the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Staff was beyond friendly and service was quick especially for how many customers were there. I highly recommend (update I still go there and quite often and can still say the same thing I originally posted)
