First I’ll mention Sam, my server tonight. Attentive, funny and made my dinner night awesome! Next the host was nice and quick, which I noticed with the other staff members too. Next was the alcoholic drink, Artic Draft! Fun drink! The Sante burger hit hard. First time there tonight and I enjoyed myself. Oh and the appetizer was excellent

Stopped by for lunch and there was no wait. This was our first time to this location. We were seated and quickly contacted by our waitress, who was also working the bar. Late lunch time and there was no crowd. The music was not too loud so we could have conversations. The food came out quickly and was hot. The food tastes good. It was a typical Chilis as far as the flavors.

Quiet for a Chili’s on Saturday, IMO, & to be honest, it’s a welcome change. I can’t brag enough on our waitress, Faith. She has been absolutely attentive to a point that, for this area, is exceptional. Drinks never less than half full. Suggestions when ordering that were perfect. I actually took a second to brag on her to her manager (I think) & I am seriously thinking of letting corporate know what a jewel they’ve got in her – most youth in Willis seem less than willing to be personable and even to the point that they get your food & disappear. Can’t say enough. The 3-fer chicken strip dinners were solid & the chips & salsa, guacamole & queso were honestly better than I remember.

Surprised by them just opening and being so PACKED that you could barely find parking however, when we walked in we needed a table for 4 and were immediately sat.
We got our drinks pretty quick and our food came out in pretty good timing.
The only thing we didn’t like was there was no drink prices on their menu and when we asked how much for the small blackberry patron margaritas it was $10 and then $1 extra for flavoring. – I’d say that’s pretty high considering the size however they did have a special margarita for like $6 that was being advertised and it was VERY sweet.

We have a new Chilis in Willis! Hooray! We’ve been looking forward to visiting. The layout is similar, yet a bit different than other Chilis we’ve visited in the past. It’s of course nice and new. Our server, Kiara, was also the bartender and she greeted us promptly and was very friendly. She made our visit really nice. I ordered the Oldtimer with cheese. It wasn’t the prettiest Chilis burger I’ve ever received, but it was just as tasty, and cooked to temp as ordered. The dip trio was really good. We enjoyed all three offerings of dip choices, and it did look really pretty. We’ll definitely be returning!

Loving this new location it is so nice and clean! I don’t think people realize Chilis has an AMAZING veggie burger! Can’t ever sleep on the free chips and salsa either! I’ll upgrade and just buy the southwestern queso to dip my burger in ♀️

Food was typical Chilli – nothing amazing but good food at a good price. The waitress seemed new but didn’t seem to be enjoying her job (or even faking it). She told us No to things instead of ‘let me check’. For example, my wife asked for a frozen margarita and the server said it only came on the rocks but than offered other margarita choices that were frozen. So apparently she thought the bartender can only frozen margarita out of certain ingredients.

The best value and service in town, period, no competition. 10.99 for a huge hand pressed burger with real cheese, home made fries, bacon and potato soup, plus endless sweet tea and a Togo tea! Beat that! I dare ya!

Tried this location for the first time. This chicken must’ve grown up in the streets because I’ve never in my life had chicken tenders this tough. Chilli’s used to have the best chicken crispers not anymore imo. Even the batter is different. The rest wasn’t bad but I probably wouldn’t try these specific items again. Maybe I’ll catch em on a good day in the future and try something else. Update nah I’ll never eat here again!

We got a table right away. We ordered chips and queso and the pick 3 appetizer (Southwestern egg rolls, cheese sticks & sliders) to share. They came quick and were good. Our server was very nice and attentive
