Best restaurant on Anguilla! Staff is friendly and attentive. Sharky (owner) is always around helping and watching to make sure his guests are treated well. We ate here twice because we love it so much. Get the Lobster stir fry and the Shrimp & Lobster risotto.

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful setting, wonderful and happy staff. The owner was walking around helping and checking on everyone which showed he truly cared. I got the Caribbean jerk shrimp and it’s hands down the best meal I’ve had on the island. Delicious and couldn’t recommend more!

What a gem of a restaurant!! We were blown away by how amazing the food was! Staff was very friendly, multiple people stopped by our table to check on us…just a quick how was everything. We had an early reservation so we’re seated quickly. But before our entrees arrived the dining room was at full capacity with a steady line of cars and vans pulling in to drop guests off. I would never attempt without a reservation. They had a little bar with seating in the corner, even had live music later that evening. We will plan more accordingly next visit! Kudos to the owners, management and the Chefs!!

I’ve visited Anguilla twice and Sharky’s was on the list of stops both times.
The music and vibe are perfect for a breezy Caribbean evening.
I really appreciated the chef visiting me at my table and loved, loved, loved the shrimp and lobster risotto. The chocolate mousse is great too!
When I got back to the states, I had to attempt to recreate the risotto. So good!

We got a tip earlier that day to go try Sharkys so we did. Plenty of parking across the street which a gentlemen escorted us across the street safely. We waited to get seated at our table which overlooked the other diners. Bob was our waiter and was very pleasant and took great care of our needs. My wife ordered the Lobster Risotto and I ordered the beef tenderloin. I actually enjoyed the Risotto more and I don’t really eat it but this dish was absolutely delicious. The owner Lowell stopped by to see how things were going. Bob had me tiined the bread Pudding was highly recommended and it was very good. The ice cream paired with it did the trick for me! Highly recommend stopping by to dine and try the Lobster Risotto!

Great place to eat, food is 5 star, staff is friendly and efficient. If you drive it is a very busy road they provide valet parking, pull in and someone will park your car. Definitely need to make reservations!

Sharky’s provided a laid back, inviting and truly authentic dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and on point, like a well oiled machine. Our meals were delectable without any frills. We recognized the pride the owner took in this establishment. He checked in on at our table several times during our dinner. Being a part of a small family run and owned business ourselves, we could truly appreciate this. Take the time to read the back of the menu to really see where the roots of this restaurant come from. Kudos to Sharky! We enjoyed it so much, we made a second reservation during our week stay! It’s a must try if you’re looking for an unpretentious, bona fide Caribbean dining experience.
