Listened to every word of my order and the pizza arrived on time. My app didnt work so I called it in and I don’t remember her name but the employee that took my order was friendly and professional. If there was only one female employee at this location between 8 and 9pm on October 18, 2025 I want her to know that she did an amazing job and as a customer service professional myself I value that.

Due to it being an early Monday afternoon, they don’t have many drivers working. With that being said, they delayed putting my order in the oven since their driver was out on a delivery. I think that’s exceptional customer service. No one wants cold pizza unless it’s a Saturday morning!

On February the 11th 2026 at approximately 8:30 p.m. I ordered three Alfredo’s I asked for extra chicken they told me they were not allowed to do that I asked for extra alfredo they said they could do that I paid extra for it when the Alfredo’s got here they were very dry it was like eating noodles with no sauce there was only three pieces of chicken in each one they used to let me order double chicken and extra Alfredo one week they’ll let you do it the next week they will not The Crestwood Domino’s has gotten really really bad I don’t know if there’s under new management or what but they are just they’ve gotten really bad.

This Domino’s has always been pretty good to me over the years. Never went out of my way to make a review until my last order. My delivery driver, Nicolas Gabis was awesome. He was very nice and friendly, also super quick. I hope he gets a raise or a bonus of some sort. Since drivers are the most customer facing employees, the good ones deserve to be rewarded.

Love our dominos. Their pizzas, sandwiches, and lava cake deserts are killer good! If we ever order delivery pizza-10 times out of 10 it’s from this location (our local store). 5 star worthy!

I ordered spinach and feta cheese bread and I got bacon and jalapeño cheese bread. This is a big issue to me because I can’t have any meat, it will make me really sick. Took one bite and realized and threw it away. Not very happy.

The chicken Alfredo, it’s very dry and only had a couple pieces of chicken on it. They had to redo my order. And when they brought it back, they put it on the sidewalk, it was pouring down rain, I didn’t even know they had brought it by the time I found it brought it in the house opened it. It had ants in it. I’m not sure if they’re under new management or not but they have really went downhill
