We will never go anywhere else for pizza again! The new owners are absolutely fabulous. They support the local community, give back, and are VERY responsive. When you have a large group, they make ordering pizza easy! The Apple Valley location has nice and friendly workers, delicious pizza, and a clean atmosphere! Literally so great!! Go here for all your pizza needs!! The pull tabs to win fun rewards come with every order! It’s fun for the parents and kids alike!!

Their pizza is wonderful. You have to try something with their homemade sausage. It has the perfect spice.
The service was over the top as well. I made an error when ordering on the app. They corrected it for me at no charge. It was abwhole 14″ pizza! Now that is service.

The pizza was good and not cold.
We ordered the Chicken Alfredo and Meat raffle flavors.
The guy giving us the pizza said he accidentally dropped one of the slices of pizza on the floor and apologized for it then proceeded to make us a brand new pizza, same flavor for free!
So, as far as I’m concerned, the customer service here is excellent.
The reason I only rated the food a 4 is due to the fact that it’s tasty, but not knock your socks tasty I’d still come here, but not on a regular basis.
Overall a unique place in the sense that they only do thin crust on their pizzas.

We rotate pizza places periodically, and we circled back to Savoys. The pizza was a bit burnt and greasier than usual. Delivery was on time. Cheesy bread was great. We’ll probably try it again, but it will be a while before we do so.

Called and ordered pizza for delivery at 5:18pm, told 30-45 min for delivery. Called at 6:18pm for status on pizza. Was told it was on the way. Promised it would be there within 10 min. I said I would call back if it wasn’t. 6:32 I called and said its not here. Was told it wasn’t in the store and it’s on its way. I asked for a discount, he said he’d give me a $10 credit. 6:40 pizza arrived cold and burnt. I called and asked they make it right. They offered replacement or store credit. I asked for my card to be refunded. After checking with the supervisor, I was told they would do that. Great. Hung up and ate cold burnt pizza because we were starving. It was also super salty. Not at all what we hoped for for a very rare ordering of take out dinner.

$60 for two take and bake pizzas. The sausage they use now is AWFUL and there was hardly any sauerkraut. Not to mention they couldn’t find my order when we arrived and sent my husband out with someone else’s and then took it back and??? I remember going when I was a kid to Reds in St Paul. This pizza is nothing like that anymore. Sad

The online ordering through their website was easy to navigate and find a great family feast pack!! The food was delicious, our pizza got a little dark on the outer crust. We got the family feast which was a large speciality pizza (the meat raffle) was very good and there were plenty of toppings and cheese to cover all of them, a kids pepperoni pizza, the garlic cheese bread and 4 cookies!! It was a great deal and was very good. The garlic/cheese bread was well cooked and flavorful!!

GLUTEN FREE CRUST IS AMAZING! First off, what in the world is going on with these bad reviews. I grew up eating the original savoys at 421 E. Seventh St., “Red’s” place.
My wife has a gluten allergy and I was so sad to think I would have to give up the original crust but holy moly! This gluten free crust is by far the best pizza crust I’ve ever had! Furthermore, the staff at the Apple Valley location are always friendly and talk about fast service! I don’t think many people realize how this pizza is supposed to be and thus have different expectations. This is how a savoy pizza should look and taste! This is my new 7th street savoys!
