I feel that if you are serving Craft beer drinks that commonly are offered with a twist (lemon, lime, orange…) then you should have the twist available. The burger was fabulous. The onion rings were awesome. The hot dog was burned and tough. Parking here TERRIBLE!!

Burgerfi is great. We are 30 min and counting for our order to come. Two kids are impossible to contain after a day on the boat. It would have been easier to drive the 30 min back home and fix a frozen burger. Didn’t hit the spot this evening. Give this location a skip if you don’t have all day, or night.

It’s great to have another BurgerFi location near me. It is fast food, but with much more care and attention to food.
I love the conflicted burger, which has the veggie burger along with a regular burger patty. I really enjoy the veggie burger alone too. It’s easily the best veggie burger I’ve ever had.
Both their fries & onion rings are great. Having the option to order them together (aka cryfry) really saves you the headache of choosing one over the other.
Eating here is always a nice experience.

I believe last time I ate there I picked up a nice sore throat, because as soon as I ate the “veggie burger” sandwich my throat started to feel funky. They have bunch of urban youth working there that have no discipline, or work ethic. Getting your order right is a 50/50 affair so you need to check your sandwich on the spot. The joint is well located and nicely set up, but it’s bunch of apes running it. You go in and will see exactly what I mean.

Awesome HEALTHY burger joint! Delicious custard for dessert. The service is exceptional and the workers are friendly. We vacationed in Sunny Isles four nights, and ate here for two of them. Our three big (6’2, 6’3, 6’4 >200 pound) boys had plenty to eat. I wish there was a Burger Fi in Chicago!

Partner suggested the place. Walked there, came in, tended to by the charismatic Tim, who took our order, succeeded at having a convo with us that wasn’t awkward, and all around made the experience very pleasant.
Besides the great service, the food was great, had a shake, fries, and chicken, everything tasted fresh and filling, without that sickly feeling a fast food place might leave, and the shake was satisfying.
Will go on again!

BurgerFi has the Beyond Burger which was a pleasant surprise. I do not eat meat and was reluctant to go to a burger joint due to the limited options for non-carnivores. BurgerFi’s meal options changed my mind and the friendly staff made it a great experience. I appreciated their service and will return in the future.

Giving this place the benefit of doubt was a mistake. Went here once before and waited around 20 mins for a cold fried chicken burger that seemed to not be fully cooked. This time was worse. Came in at 3:15 and ordered at 3:20, at about 3:45 I couldn’t stand waiting anymore considering I witnessed 6-7 people get their orders that were after me…I ask about what’s going on with my order (once again just a fried chicken burger) lo and behold they said they don’t have anything cooking so they ask the cook in the back to whip up another one. At this time I’ve spent nearly an hour trying to get myself a burger so I respectfully ask for my money back so I can leave and go on about my day instead of waiting for a miracle. The woman at the cashier calls over who I assume to be the manager and she talks with her for a few mins. The manager then asks the cook again to whip up another chicken burger, I try to ask her again, if it’s possible I’d like my money back and go somewhere else, thanks. So she finally opens the register and the cherry on top hands me two dollars less than what I paid. Hilarious, after the pausing look I give her, she gives me my two dollars and I will make sure not to waste my time coming here again…

Ordered to go for the 3rd time in a row at this NEW LOCATION, and ALL 3 TIMES they got my order wrong. And now this 3rd time the receipt was my order but different than how I ordered it online. I ordered 3 burgers online w/the 3rd one w/specific modifications on it, they made ALL 3 the same way. This place JUST OPENED not even a month ago and they messed up so many times
