Terrible experience!!! Went to this location at 11am, they were suppose to open at 10:45am , the rude and ignorant employee stepped out and stated because they didn’t get to work in time to prep and cook , THEY have decide to open at 12noon, I come back AFTER Noon and the doors are still Locked … there were several other customers including kids! I take out my phone to get proof to show to corporate and my social media … the same RUDE and ignorant employee comes out NOT to open up to customers , but to Question why I’m recording them not doing their job lol here she is

I went in yesterday (2/18/26) and got in line. There were 2 people ahead of me who were together. They got served, taken to checkout and so I moved up because it was my turn. A lady, maybe the manager who knows, came up from the kitchen and announced that due to being severely understaffed they were closing the line because they couldn’t manage the kitchen and the line at the same time and that everyone would need to place online orders. I understand that understaffed is a common occurrence in literally any and every business but I wasn’t sure if she meant everyone after me (some people had walked in after me right before she made the announcement). I inquired if I could still order at the line because I’d been waiting since before she made that announcement, wasn’t sure if she wanted me to do the same and she seemed VERY reluctant. I didn’t twist her arm or force her but she decided to serve me anyway and to be honest, I wish she hadn’t and I wish I had just walked out. She proceeded to RUSH my order, dumped everything in my bowl to the point where I could’ve sworn she didn’t put everything in. I paid $16.91 and the food was terrible. I think this visit was officially my last time ever going to Chipotle in general because the food isn’t worth the price anymore and being treated like that at a location was unacceptable. I would’ve been okay with being instructed to place an order online even though that was technically not good customer service but it was better than what I got. I would’ve walked out because I wanted some food like without waiting too long. I am not the type to do Google reviews but this was horrible.

I work near this chipotle and every time I go in there the employees make my food. Well even had DoorDash, and it was probably the best Chipotle order that I have ever had in a DoorDash. I came to this location because as I was going home, the one further down on Middlebelt the new one that just opened was out of Rice, so said there was a wait, It looked like they were out of or low on a lot of items so I just decided to go to the location further down the one I always go to in Livonia.
The staff is friendly, This day I went in Alex was the manager in charge.

The worst experience I ever had! First they didn’t have fajita veggies so I said I would wait the 5 minutes all for it to take much longer. They borrowed from the other line the the lady rushing added something I didnt ask for so it was thrown away. Attempted to make another bowl and she did it again which in turn left me with no veggies. After 15 minutes I said forget the veggies after they gave me attitude. Paid then went to get forks and it was only spoons that were in fact dirty. Another customer told me he’s never coming back. I go ask about forks and they literally hand me one and I had two meals and the guy knew that because he cashed us out. I was presented with attitude and told what I needed to do from another employee as if I’m not an adult and they’re the ones that had a hard time giving the customer what they asked for. The manager comes out and instead of trying to ask the CUSTOMER how could she resolve my issue she told me I can’t talk to her staff like that and to have a good day as if 3 ppl weren’t yelling at me because they had to ration out forks to customers and I paid for a bowl that didn’t even have what I paid for on it. I’ll never return to a chipotle ever again due to the experience. Unprofessional and rude staff! Terrible to just be opening!

Server was really nice and helped me out as someone who’s never ate Chipotle before. Plenty of options for meat, veggies, and sauces. Food was hot and fresh, only complaint is the slightly confusing layout, hard to know where silverware is. Other than that good experience. I will be back 🙂
