Welcome to Cartersville! Awesome new selection to the neighborhood. Just stopped in for lunch – very good. I actually never had Culver before. Today was my first time. I think I’ll come back with the Kids and see if they like it as much as I did!

Love this restaurant! I have eaten here several times since they opened and have yet to have a burger because the seafood offerings are an amazing surprise! The shrimp are fantastic and so is the codfish. Sounds crazy I know, but I love both items and I am usually a burger eater! I will try a burger next visit, but I cant get past my favorite seafood place?!?! The restaurant is very nice on the inside and out. The staff are very friendly. To the folks that say service is a bit slow- there are signs posted everywhere inside and out that state the food is cooked fresh upon ordering. This is the truth- the food is cooked to order and nothing is stored under a heat lamp. If you are in a hurry, go to McD’s! I will say that my wait is hardly ever more than 10 minutes at the longest. It is worth it for the quality of the food that is served here. Also, the servings and sauce containers are are of generous sizes. I encourage anyone to try this restaraunt at the Cartersville location.

I visited Culvers in Cartersville this past Sunday at 10:30am. Ordered a Culvers Deluxe Combo basket with cheese curds, Marinara and a Coke Zero, and a side of fries. My order was almost 18.00. The combo come with a choice of sauce for the cheese curds. The employee Abby told me there is an additional.35 charge for the Marinara sauce. I explained on the App you can pick up to 2 sauces with no additional charge. She was argumentative and just kept telling me the .35 charge. Unbelievable that you spend 18.00 for an order and an employee wants to argue about a .35 additional charges. Food was good but the service makes you not want to return. Looks like a lot of poor reviews on customer service. Have played phone tag with the manager for 3 days as well.

Good food and friendly service. Had to ask twice to get my fries but they were hot and fresh when I did get them. Dessert was very good. This location has limited plates.

Went to Culver’s for lunch with my family. This was my second visit. First visit, the got the order wrong in drive thru and they corrected it. No problem. Today, as I was ordering at the counter. I notice the “manager” correcting an issue thru the pass about fries. Started out as a simple correction but then it kept going and manager got louder and ended with manager saying something about not putting up with ignorance. Here’s the deal: employees may need frequent coaching some to the point of frustration. I’ve led teams for more than 20 years so I know. But calling out an employee in front of their peers nevertheless in front of customers would not be inspiring and an absolute sign of a weak manager and certainly no leader. Not to mention he also embarrassed his cashiers who were busy taking orders. Did he believe his action would result changed behavior or was he only looking to scare them into submission. Culver’s leadership should be ashamed. Simple rule of leadership: praise in public, critique in private. Otherwise: food was good cashier was good, server was good, manager gets a zero out of five. Have a wonderful day.

Tried the new Culver’s today and was so disappointed. Ordered two walleye fish dinners and an order of cheese curds. The fish was so greasy and soggy it was pathetic. The French fries looked like they were poured out of a bag and fried just long enough to warm them. They tasted terrible. No drinks with our meals and the total was $45+. WE COULD HAVE GONE TO THE TEXAS ROADHOUSE AND HAD A REAL GOOD MEAL FOR THE PRICE. The quality was absolutely terrible. Never going back!!

Had to drive back after getting home in a rush, food was not correct or correct item, ended up waiting 17 minutes exactly for a club in a empty line and parking lot just opened and already poop. Very very sad that cartersville cannot keep up with a standard fast food restaurant that’s brand new

This is a new restaurant to our town. We have eaten at them several other places. They are a family owned business that is currently growing across the south east. It’s a pricey burger joint that serves custard desserts. A lot like a Freddy’s or Steak n Shake.
