Had to give a shout out to this Wendy’s! I’ve had several very positive experiences here! They exceed my expectations for fast food by a lot! The staff has been kind and have gone the extra mile to be helpful when I’m there with my kids. The inside is clean and the service is quick and friendly. Great job!

Just want to give a shout out to the crew working the windows on Thursday this week at lunch especially Cody who greeted me at the first window with a smile, positive attitude and good energy. 1st employee I’ve seen there who didn’t seem completely stressed out and overwhelmed/frustrated and having worked in restaurants it takes a special kind of personality to see past the stress and pass good vibes onto your guests. Great job Cody. You put a smile on my face and the food seemed of exceptional quality.

My girlfriend and I order from app/drive-thru regularly and used to love this location, even brought the staff cookies at Christmas time. With that said, the blonde girl running drive-thru might be the rudest customer service employee I’ve ever experienced. Horrible attitude and practically shoves food in your face a walks away. Has really turned us away from ordering as often.

We had an issue with our order through the app so I called to store hoping someone would be able to help with the issue and the manager went absolutely above and beyond taking care of it for us. We order from this location a lot and have always had the best experiences. The team of phenomenal and there are never any issues with missing or wrong items. Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

If you want uncooked fries and uncooked bacon on your burger then this is the spot to go! After talking to the manager about the raw food she tried telling me that it is cooked and made excuses that she has new staff. I understand it is hard to get people to work and care about the food they give to other people, but serving raw food is going to make people sick! Will not be going back to this location.

Order a baconator meal large with a chocolate frosty. I ended up with a value menu patty. The worker promised me the solid white frosty was chocolate. Stay away from this place.

I had a wonderful experience at this Wendy’s. Before going to Michigan Adventure, a few friends and I wanted to make our annual stop at this Wendy’s.The staff were more than friendly, food was prepared swiftly, and most importantly the toilet paper was stocked. The food was so good that after our trip we came back for seconds and had just as good of an experience. I am more than excited to come back. Overall, wonderful experience. The other reviews I’ve seen do not do this Wendy’s the justice it deserves.

I ordered a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, and got one that was cold in the middle. Only had two bites of it. No problem, I took it back to the drive-thru to mention it to them and to get one that was warm/hot all the way through. They gave me another one, but I discovered they had given me a Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger. Again, I took it back through to get what I wanted, a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. They asked to have both burgers they had already given me, I obliged. I have still only taken 2 bites of the original one, none of the second one. They then gave me another burger and told me to taste it at the drive-thru before driving away. I opened it up and it’s another Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger. I told them it’s the wrong one, the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger doesn’t have a cheddar bun. It’s also incredibly hot, it’s uncomfortable to even hold. I didn’t tell them that, but I’m sure they knew that they made it extra hot. They told me that it was the one I ordered, or something like that, which isn’t true. I again insisted it wasn’t the burger I wanted, and the manager just told me to have a good night. I was basically dismissed. This was just incredibly frustrating. I can tell this burger has different toppings as well as a different bun than a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, so I don’t know why they insisted it was what I ordered. The first one was right, just cold. I have photo evidence of the burger I ended up with too.
