The menu was simple. The smell of the smoker was the first evidence to what was to come. The BBQ sandwich was not loaded with BBQ sauce and you could actually taste the meat! The meat was well portioned on the bun and chopped very nicely.The bun was soft and just soaked up the goodness.Loved the simplicity of this little BBQ place.There was 1 down fall.. there was no picnic table to eat at but we still ENJOYED IT!!!The young man that waited on us was super friendly. We rode our bike an hour and half from Alabama to try it out and it was well worth the trip. One last thing the prices are great as well… 2 sandwich 2 chips and 2 teas was $22 and change.

I was expecting pulled pork but got something more like chopped pork. The taste was fine but could have had more of a thicker sauce. Overall, I was satisfied with the sandwich and I will return in one of my next adventures through Franklin.

Haven’t been there in awhile but gave it another chance. Sandwich was minced meat, bread soggy. Got ribs for the first time. They were tough and not done. Won’t go back.
