Im a little upset with Subway near Hospotal in Ripley! I placed order on their website at 345pm Sunday 09-14 for pick-up at 5pm. I paid online because REQUIRED TOO!!
I go over at 5pm to pick up and they said *guy and extremely rude vocal lady We dont have your order!
They could not make the order based on my receipt of payment! I asked for refund! I have to collect from Subway Corporate…nothing they can do.!
I realize its not these employees fault but could not understand why they would not make it based on my receipt of payment.
No manager in store to help me!
The lady employee has NO Customer Service Ability…she kept escalating me by being RUDE! The guy at least tried to find order in his system! They did nothing other than stand there telling what they couldn’t do and she was so freaking rude about it! He kept shaking his head!
He at least told me manager Megan would be there tomorrow for help to call her
When I got home I researched and found not only did it pend out on my credit card but actually attempted TWICE to charge me!
I will NEVER order online again!
I will NEVER go to the Subway by hospital
I WILL dispute charges w my Credit Card
I WILL complain to Customer Service
I WILL leave bad reviews on Google & Yelp

Three years ago: I ordered online to take advantage of a Great deal being offered. I also paid online & enjoy the rewards. Got there order not ready, she said are you here for pick up & I nodded. She didn’t follow any of the Special Instructions.These sandwiches were going to 3 different people. I had to unwrap the food to figure out which was which. I wouldn’t want someone doing that to my food. These were for co-workers not my kids. Nothing was cut properly & mayo/mustard less was not acknowledged. The sandwiches were a freaking mess! I can order from anywhere and spend my hard earned money. I chose Subway. Very very very unhappy AGAIN!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. I am tired of wasting my money on Subway, I’m not appreciated as a customer. The staff was rude! I called back for manager and she said The manager too busy to take my call. They are representing SUBWAY POORLY!!!!

This location use to be great. Unfortunately, due to uncleanliness and food not being refreshed, it has went down hill. My husband and I went here for our dinner. They had a metal covering so you couldn’t see the state of the deli meat. So, I didn’t notice until it was time to get our toppings and condiments just how gross. There was dirt and grime around the display window and just built up filth around the displays of food. Every single vegetable was wilted, the bell peppers and surrounding veggies had built up ice over top, black olives were in juice that just looked old and cloudy. The guacamole had turned dark brown and you could tell it had hardened around the edges. The lady adding the toppings and also working the cash register did not change gloves. I know it can be a pain but after handling cash and touching screens etc. it’s just the sanitary thing to do. We then went to get our fountain drinks and it was sticky and had ants crawling. We went home and my husband decided he was going to eat it regardless because he paid for it. The bread was stale and his cheese was hardened around the edges. I really hope the franchise owner goes in and cleans up the place. I was so sad to see it in the state it was.

Drove All the way from Ravenswood to Ripley because Ravenswood was extremely busy. My husband is a diabetic 2 and he can only eat wheat or whole grain, he got white bread so he only ate the meat, he also ask for pickles and did not get it, what a waste of money. On my sub I asked for pepper jack cheese and didn’t get it but hardly no veggies what so ever
So disappointed and to drive all the way to Ripley for absolutely nothing. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO SUBWAY AGAIN THAT IS A PROMISE!

Order was completely not what I ordered online. I am a otr truck driver and me and my wife cannot get far from a restroom tonight after eating here. It was a simple order so I am perplexed at how it was incorrect.

Paid for a Footlong #23 Hotshot Italiano for dinner, 6pm, and it did not have the 2x cheese and was lacking meats. Will post pictures. Also didn’t receive the vinaigrette on the side.

I’d not go here for the atmosphere … But the folks making the sandwiches were super nice and food was delicious! And when my daughter asked for lots of cucumbers, they piled ’em high! A great stop on our long car ride!

They had to quickly make food for 35 people. They did a really good job. There was a grey hair from the older lady that made my sandwich, but I just removed that part of my sandwich because we had to leave quickly.
The food was made correctly.

On June 9, 2020 I stopped at the Subway on Hospitality Drive in Ripley, WV. Anyway I had the best sub that I’ve ever had. The young lady that prepared it was very pleasant and helpful. All of the personnel were over nice and made my family and I feel right ar home. Thanks for all the wonderful employees that we saw. They were great.

I don’t know the girls name that was working tonight at 6:30 pm 1/24/19, but she is a hard working, kind and very sweet individual. We had a big order and she was super fast & they all turned out amazing. So I want to say thank you to her! I really recommend this subway! I was very pleased!
