Had such a great first time thanks to Jose at Cocktail Trust. Jose brings the perfect chill, upbeat energy, super friendly, and clearly loves what he does. Drinks were on point, service was smooth, and his vibe made the whole experience feel fun and effortless. One of those bartenders that turns a good night into a great one. A perfect place for drinking cocktails. Their appetizers are very delicious. We ordered 3 appetizers and all of them were awesome. Garibaldi cocktail was the best cocktail that I have ever drunk. Try it, highly recommended.
About the price, it is a little pricey but absolutely it is worth the price that you pay.
This bar is a good choice for the pre-dinner hours in the beautiful Down Town of Ventura.

Favorite local place for craft cocktails. The bartenders here know their craft and they stock hard to find liquor that most local places don’t have. On my most recent visit I ordered a La Louisiana which in addition to whiskey and vermouth also requires Benedictine and Absinthe, which most local bars here don’t carry.

This was our second time to Bank of Italy Cocktail Trust. Our friends came from out of town this weekend, and we are glad we brought them to have cocktails with us. Bank of Italy Cocktail Trust does not disappoint. Delicious cocktails and an awesome bartender. The bartender Beverly is attentive, friendly, and she always has a big smile on her face. The atmosphere is beautiful, inviting and clean. We ordered the Lambrusco Spritz and the Gandalf the Grey-Hound. Cocktails will knock you off your feet with flavor and potency! We will be back. Spent the day walking around the quaint downtown of Main Street. Stopped here because the sign said not to go past without having a cocktail. What a gem of a place. They had just opened at noon when we dropped in. Rob was our professional bartender who made us two of their house cocktails , spinning shakers and mixers like To Cruise did in “Cocktail”. We ordered “The order of the Phoenix” and a “Montenegro Daiquiri.” Yum! Amanda, the chef, made us two incredible sandwiches. Mine was the best vegetarian sandwich I ever had, called The Game Changer and my husband had The Muffaletta.
Amanda and Rob were wonderfully happy to have us as we were to be there! I mean, look at those smiles in the photo! We will definitely be retuning soon.

Ventura has a winner! Best Cocktails in town and service to match! It was our first time there and my wife and I sat at the bar for a few night cap drinks. (Oscar the bartender is AWESOME!) There drink list is well balanced and you can tell they put alot of thought into pairing there flavors.
I also was really impressed with there delicious sandwiches and panacotta dessert! Well done! We will be back soon!

A nice lounge with lovely indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are welcoming with great suggestions for cocktails based on your preferences. A wonderful stop for your stroll through Ventura main street.
