I am a frequent Dunkin customer, but always try NOT to come to this location. Whether it’s an issue with trying to place separate orders in the drive through, or an issue with the food, there’s ALWAYS something.
My order this morning was just poorly done. My iced coffee didn’t have cream in it (which I pointed out before it was passed out the window) instead of remaking it properly they added cream to what was there and handed it out the window. It tasted like milk water with a whisper of flavoring.
I didn’t go back because I always leave any interaction I’m forced to have with the manager there feeling belittled and condescended. She is unwilling to resolve any discrepancies within orders or otherwise without an attitude. Everything with this woman is an argument. I do my best to avoid this location PRIMARILY BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN.
My croissant was supposed to be toasted and the only reason the cheese on the BEC was even remotely melted was because the egg was warm.
The ONLY person that can seem to get things right there in both customer service and prep is Natalie. She is an absolute delight and always takes care to make sure orders are correct.

Brought my son and we absolutely loved it. There’s a big seating area inside. Easy to order and pick our donuts. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff.
I’ve been coming here regularly and it’s been pretty nice until I started ordering specific donuts through the drive thru and they mess it up everytime. I don’t understand. I don’t make it complicated but they don’t even look at the ticket. It’s not even close to the ones I picked. Very disappointing. Especially since I don’t even go during any rush hours or anything. So if I want the correct donuts, I have to walk in and hand pick them right in front of their faces.
Well now they can’t make my simple ice coffee order and its constantly a disappointment now. Always forgetting the sweet foam and never tastes good anymore either. Very sad.

The manager, Heather, uses extremely offensive language toward her own employees and speaks to both staff and customers in a belittling way. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any workplace, let alone from someone in a management position.
Leadership should be setting a positive example for younger employees and creating a respectful environment—not tearing people down. What’s even more concerning is that she has reportedly been brought to management’s attention before, yet nothing seems to have been done, as her nasty behavior continues months / a year later.

The location is spotless, our to-go orders are always ready, and the staff is friendly. This is our on the go breakfast spot, and Heather’s positive energy makes every visit worth it!

Went this morning and ordered two bacon egg and cheese tacos. The menu picture looked so awesome. What I got was two taco shells with almost nothing in them and one shell not even a complete shell. When I brought to staff attention they remade them with only slightly more feelings. The picture is of the remade tacos. I love Dunkin Coffee but their food????

I placed a curbside pick-up order and it took the staff 4 trips and 30 minutes to complete my order. Upon returning home (after this whole fiasco), I opened my order and was appalled. The food was poor quality and (as seen in the photo taken immediately upon opening the wrapper) half of the sausage was missing from the biscuit. I drove back to this Dunkin to make the staff aware of their mistake and they had the audacity to accuse me of driving home, cutting the sausage patty in half, consuming one half of the sausage patty, and then driving back to blame it on them. I am beyond words to describe how upset and disappointed I am.

We got 2 decaf iced lattes. 1 was great, the other tasted like burnt coffee. It was terrible. The server was not friendly at all. When we were handed the drinks, I said thank you and she closed the window and said nothing.

I went through the drive ordered bacon and two donuts 7$ worth of items soon as I get to window she said it’s going to ask question …. I said no tip they gave me the smallest portion of bacon like two strips … I guess they were being smart because I didn’t tip on my 7$ order she did nothing for a tip ….. Dint go here I got ripped off I should of just returned it I was so upset I will never ever ever spend my money here at this location

As a young individual , I’ve never met an older woman with such little class. It was sad to see the way she talked to not just me but other customers with aggressive mannerisms and a condescending attitude, truly disgusting. This happen to be the manager; how unfortunate 🙁
