I don’t really feel safe I called the store twice and was disrespected lied to and purposely gaslighted on what I heard among the safety rules I know is right and wrong the store manager is very disrespectful when asked questions regarding my order and was raising voice this location needs reevaluation, immediately hangs up when caught in a lie and doesn’t answer the phone after hanging up . Received my food and let me tell you it’s the laziest work I could have ever seen in my life

I came in to pick up an order and the older associate that was helping me with the order was extremely helpful and nice it wasn’t until the manager named Scott came over and thought it would be appropriate to cuss at his employees in front of customers extremely disrespectful and highly rude do you typically cuss at employees??? Is that Wawa policy??? I would seriously consider re-evaluating Scott’s position as a member of management if this is how he treats his employees. Maybe it’s time for a re-visit management training skills for Scott.

Lady in front of me in line purchased cigarettes employee asked for no id once I got up there to purchase cigarettes immediately asked for my id I stated you did not ask the other lady for her id she stated she didn’t have to and would not serve me if I didn’t show her my id and also called the manager up there who also stated it’s by discretion I’m pretty sure it was because I’m black and the other lady was white

This has nothing to do with the employees. Wawa however, should definitely keep adding to their menu and add more ways to get your food. This way the few workers are over worked under paid and all the food is late. Stood at Wawa this morning watching the employees running around trying their best. Unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes for a burrito. Again, the employees are great. Wawa needs to fix some logistical issues.

Poorly managed. Ran out of mayo and then could not tape the wrap shut on the sandwich. No forks. Asked for a bag at the check out and the cashier say it’s there and points to one on the counter. We had to put our own items in the bag. What sorry customer service. Will go out of my way next time.

Part of my order was missing. I see one of the older employees making it, then it gets passed on to a younger employee telling us our order is ready. I just assume the bowl was put in the same bag as my mac and cheese, we get back home and the bowl I ordered was missing. I call the store, they say its here. Its been 20 minutes now, I ask the person behind the counter if they can remake my order and he shoo’s me away saying “I just put it up 5 minutes ago.” It was cold. Not to mention the younger employees loudly gossipping about stuff in a unprofessional manner. Overall poor experience.
