Wanted to try some wings for the first time. This was down right nasty . The wings(?) were a burnt crusty mess. Got the 2 person value deal, with 5 wings with 4 choices of toppings, got 2 that were hot, and two mild sauces. Nothing, absolutely nothing could penetrate the charcoal crust. Deep inside the things we thought were wings was a very tiny piece of chicken. 90% burnt crust and 10% chicken. Wow… And to top it off, the frys were luke warm to cool. I doubt I would visit any chicken wings place anywhere, Wingstop or any other after that nasty food.

If you need your food by a certain time, set it to 30 minutes before that time. We ordered at 6:30 to be ready by 7. It’s 7:10 and they need 20 more minutes. Yikes.

i ordered a 6pc combo at 7:40, got there at 7:55, not greeted, waited for 25 minutes got my food. i asked for my drink and the soda machine was dripping water, no ice, broken??

Came in the store (10 mins away from home) to order a 30 piece to go. (Had to wait 30 mins for my order) When I got home, my fries were the shake you find at the bottom of the bag. Greasy burn crumbs of fries. The whole order was like that. Was Horrible. Dinner ruined.
I called and a “supervisor” said he would put me on the “books” and can only replace my fries, that it was all he can do. Per cooperation rules.
So I have to drive 10 mins there and 10 mins back to get what I was supposed to get right the first time.
So eat my chicken and 20-30 mins later (plus wait time) eat the fries alone.
No I’ll throw in a small drink or a coupon for next time you come in.
He was Rude and condescending!

Wingstop Glendora never disappoints .. we can’t decide which flavor is our favorite .. Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, Lemon Pepper or Mild. And their RANCH is an absolute must!!! Customer service is also great, staff is very friendly.

There was a worker I encountered, her name is Angelica I believe. She has the best etiquette, customer service, and kindness I have ever received from this place. I make the extra drive to go to this specific Wingstop due to Angelica being so kind to me and greeting me everytime, providing great food.

I got the tenders and fries. The tenders were garlic parmesan, and way too salty. Additionally there were bits of cartilage in them. The fries were RAWWWW!!!!! I asked for them to be cooked again, and they gave me back another tray of RAWWW FRIES. The only good part of the was the cleaner. He was very nice and worked hard. That is why the service got 5 stars. He deserves a raise.
